I have a few questions questions on this: Shiny Flawless Dratini level 8

What's the nature, and what training has it reveived? I know that it's not UT, becuase it's at level 8 instead of 1.

Also, what's the ability & moveset on it???

No special training it's nature is jolly It's ability is shed skin it's moveset is leer, extreme speed, dragon dance, and thunder wave.
