Good idea, at least we'll have some form of sprites for the new Pokemon instead of what are in the games now (not hating or anything)

I really don't know where else to go im so sorry mods if i posted in the wrong place i really don't know where to go but i need major help on cutting sprites...im trying to use gimp to cut sprites animated and everytime i keep getting glitchy spots with the animation...i think im doing something wrong but i don't know what...can someone help me out?

I've gotten that same problem before. Usually it was just a frame or two that you can delete from the animation without losing quality.

I think it's a tad too small, but it's really fine as is. It looks fine from far away, but the mouth being one straight line, and one shade at that, bugs me for some reason. Great job!

I like the grass starters how it gets bigger as it grows, and i like how the water starter one is like a tadpole growing to a fish. The water starters are water and electric, perhaps?

I think, yeah it's pretty good! I like how you did the Rayquaza pattern onto the Charizard sprite. You have a bright future ahead of you! Also I suck at criticism.

How to improve? I'd say try to recolor the lines too. That would make it look much cleaner. Here's a couple sprites I did a couple minutes ago-
