Default Aerial Mono (My Last Mono Ever)

I know I said I wouldn't make any more today, but this is my last. My last mono ever (I'm out of types). So don't worry about "spam", as this is just my 4th team that I've made today.
Anyhow, I always link my other monotypes, so here they are:

    Rock (My 2nd Favorite): http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=530996
    Steel: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531187
    Psychic: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531182
    Ground: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531412
    Ice: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread....5#post13017225
    Poison: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531560
    Grass: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531715
    Dragon: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531723
    Water: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=531819
    Normal: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=532414
    Fire: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=533462
    Ghost: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=533623
    Dark: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread....5#post13105225
    Bug: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=533832
    Electric: http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=533834
    Fighting (My Favorite): http://serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=533836

So without further ado, here's my team!
Oh, and sorry for any odd formatting; I'm copying some from my other teams.

    Dragonite <Multiscale> (Impish) [252 HP 252 Speed 4 Def] {Leftovers}
    -Thunderwave
    -Roost
    -Dragon Tail
    -Substitute
Does exactly what you expect it to. I'm not going to elaborate any more than that this is a T-wave spreader.

Golbat [Inner Focus] {252 Def 252 Sp. Def 4HP} (Eviolite)
    -Roost
    -Confuse Ray
    -Heat Wave
    -Giga Drain
I saw this on another Flying Mono once. I. Hated. It. This is actually surprisingly good. Roost for health, Heat Wave and Giga Drain have surprisingly good coverage (plus Giga Drain heals), and Confuse Ray is a tweak I made (over Whirlwind) to just further irritate.

Zapdos: Bold, 252 HP 252 Def 4 Sp. Def., Leftovers, Pressure
    -Charge
    -Light Screen
    -Roost
    -Thunderbolt
Mixed Wall. No Toxic cause of Nite.

Salamence: Adamant, 252 Att 252 Speed 4 Def, Life Orb, Moxie
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Stone Edge
Dragon Dance, then Dragon Claw. Earthquake helps against Electric and Rock Monos that would otherwise prove to be very irritating against my team, and Stone Edge provides coverage (against Bug, Ice, other Flyings, and more).

Staraptor: Adamant, 252 Att 252 Speed 4 HP, Reckless, Scarf
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -Double-Edge
    -Quick Attack
Reckless boosts Brave Bird. Close Combat is there for coverage (especially against Rock Monos and Ice Monos). Quick Attack for finishing off, and Double-Edge for STAB+Reckless.

    Archeops (Defeatist) [252 Att 252 Speed 4HP] {Adamant} <Flight Gem>
    -Acrobatics
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Shadow Claw
    Takes out Ice Types.

So there's my team. Please point out any weak points. Thank you!

And on another note, this is my last Monotype ever. Until a new type comes out.

    Except my Shadow Monotype:
    And my Bird Monotype:

I like the idea (some of my Pokemon counter Ice, but don't resist it). But whom should I replace? And could I run an offensive moveset on Skarmory, or is that pretty much a joke?

I don't do mono team, but how often do people set up rocks? Because this isn't a very "smart" mono type team if it's frequent. Otherwise it looks pretty good. The zapdos set is pretty interesting.

I'm not much of a competitive expert but I'd replace golbat with this skarmory set:

    Skarmory @Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP/64 Atk/176 Def/16 Spe
    Nature: Impish
    -Whirlwind
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Spikes

Well, I want an offensive Pokemon to deal with Ice types. I also really like the Golbat (he's amazing). I was thinking of swapping Gliscor with Archeops; thoughts?

Archeops is way strong, but once it gets hurt you're done.
    How about Moltres?
    Moltres @ Leftovers
    Flame Body
    Modest / Timid
    100 Hp / 252 Sp. Atk / 152 Spd
    - Heat Wave
    - Air Slash
    - Will-o-Wisp / Roost / Sunny Day
    - Solarbeam

I dunno, it counters Ice, hits hard, and it could potentially counter Water and Rock.

Uhh... Zapdos doesn't learn Reflect or Calm Mind so I'm not so what's up with it. Did you hack them on or are they "typos"?

edit: well, Zapdos does learn Reflect in 1st gen, but yeah...

Wow. What a Crappy lead for you to use. Pokes will set up Hazards on your ***, but otherwise, it's a good poke. Just not a lead i'd reccomend especially on a team almost all weak to SR.

Golbat [Inner Focus] {252 Def 252 Sp. Def 4HP} (Eviolite)
    -Roost
    -Confuse Ray
    -Heat Wave
    -Giga Drain

Ehhh... I smell people setting up... Whirlwind WORKED because it phazed. Golbat has kinda Sh*tty defenses anyway... Even with Evolite, it's not too good... Ehhh... but yeah. setup bait.

Zapdos: Calm, 252 HP 128 Sp. Def 128 Def, Leftovers, Pressure
    -Heat Wave
    -Toxic
    -Roost
    -Thunderbolt
I've used a very similar set, and guess what I out-stalled? A Porygon2 (without Toxic obviously. Actually, neither of us had it. Bad on my part.) Thunderbolt>Toxic this time around because of Dragonite.
Zapdos is not bad for a staller... but it's just... weak bro. Compared to things ACTUALLY MADE FOR STALL, NOT SWEEPING, this COULD work. Ehh... you need toxic... and Heat Wave to eliminate Steels that resist it. (AromaFlora has a point, WTF are you talking about with Calm Mind and Reflect???)

Salamence: Adamant, 252 Att 252 Speed 4 Def, Life Orb, Moxie
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Outrage
    -Stone Edge
Dragon Dance, then Outrage. Earthquake helps against Electric and Rock Monos that would otherwise prove to be very irritating against my team, and Stone Edge provides coverage (against Bug, Ice, other Flyings, and more).
Easy ice bait, But it's a basic DDance sweeper, for idiots who don't predict an attack.

Staraptor: Adamant, 252 Att 252 Speed 4 HP, Reckless, Scarf
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -Double-Edge
    -Quick Attack
Reckless boosts Brave Bird. Close Combat is there for coverage (especially against Rock Monos and Ice Monos). Quick Attack for finishing off, and Double-Edge for STAB+Reckless.
You don't need this in your team. STAB Flying isin't needed. Put in a Skarmory or other Ice Resist. Staraptor is Stupid on your team.
Gliscor [Poison Heal] {252 HP 128 Def 128 Sp. Def} <Impish> (Toxic Orb)
    -Fling
    -Protect
    -Substitute
    -Acrobatics
Fling onto whomever after he Protects once, then Stall while destroying with Acrobatics. You either love Gliscor or hate him. For this team, I'll love him. Doesn't worry about Electric Monos, hates Ice. Doesn't worry too much about Rock either.
This works OK. Obvious set, but it's fine.
I hate your Mono-teams. Every single one of them. Put i'll give you a Decent rate anyways.
Your entire team is weak to Ice. A Hail team with Anally rape your entire team. Sorry bro, try again

About the CM/Reflect... Maybe I was mixing it up with Charge and Light Screen; I ran a set like that a while back.... Oops.
Anyhow, I'll do a bit of thinking and come back to this.

Alright; I fixed those problems. Zapdos's moveset was corrected, and I replaced Gliscor with Archeops. Should be good now.

As I learned today, a full physical Salamence is worse than a mixed one this gen. Try this

    Salamence Naive/Naughty @Life Orb 252 Atk /Speed
    Dragon Dance
    Dragon claw/ outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire blast
