I last watched Iron Man 3. I thought it was great, especially with his army of Iron Men and the MK42. It was an awesome suit, especially when he was operating it remotely.

    Epic

My brothers and I went to the mall to hang out today, and since it has a dollar theater, we went ahead to see a movie. We chose Epic because I didn't want to sit for two-and-a-half hours watching Now You See Me (though I kinda wish we did since there wouldn't have been kids running around in that theater).

It was okay. The movie does show off its creativity, but I do wish they did more with it. They also set things up that should've come full-circle at the end, but it didn't. Some did, but not all of it. Either way, it's a very pretty movie to look at, and the characters aren't bad characters. I just didn't really think Mub and Grub should've had as much lines as they did. They were trying a bit too hard to be funny at times. My brothers laughed, but I didn't. (Though the last part with Mub made me gawk because... that was weird.)

But at least the movie didn't shy away from death. More kids' films need to do that.

    Man of Steel. 7/10

It's entertaining and the special effects are really good but I still feel like it somehow lacks something.

Watched Up On Poppy Hill with my sister. I liked the voice acting and the animation, especially the detailed backgrounds, but I wasn't a fan of the dialogue or story and there were some parts that just made me go "ugh". 5.5/10

I saw "Riddick" in theaters a few nights ago. Am waiting for "Pacific Rim" to hit DVD since I missed it in theaters.

Wasn't bad as far as comedies go, the ending was nice, even though i saw it coming a mile away.

    Dragonball: Evolution

Don't ask. Only watched it for the lulz. I'm sure it's fairly obvious how I rated this movie...so...there.

Haven't watched a movie for a while but I remember last seeing Pirates of the Carribean at Worlds End.
Great movie. I love the pirates of the carribean movies! I fell asleep though because I was tired and it was 11:30 at night. Not like it did anything because I have watched the movie 1000 times.

Rush, absolutely fantastic. One of the best I've seen this year, and I'm not massively into F1, nor was I around at the time the events it's based on happened, it just didn't matter, such was the quality of the film.

Cloud Atlas, just as impressive as the first time, and a lot easier to follow this time round.

This Is The End - 6.5/10

At first I thought it was a comedy film. Then towards the end it became a horror/post-apocalyptic film.
