    Oblivion.

First half was quite slow but it was a solid movie nonetheless.

    7/10.

Credits to Sworn Metalhead for the awesome banner!

Oblivion. It was relatively predictable but still enjoyable. It also had really good SFX, and it's designed to be simplistic instead of in your face. I enjoyed Jack and Julia's performances. 4/5.

    Despicable Me 2!

After a long wait, I finally went to see this movie, and it was much better than expected.

Like many sequels,it's not as good as the first one, but instead of reusing jokes, they came up with new jokes, and for that matter, a new plot!

The original I would give a 10/10, and this comes close behind with a 9.5/10.

    Elysium.

I have to start off by saying I loved District 9. I'd probably put it in my Top 5. With that said Elysium was not good. I didn't care what happened to anybody except Sharlto Copley who once again gave a phenomenal performance and was the only good thing about the flick.

This movie is hilarious. Anyone who wants a good laugh should really check this out. The plot is funny and well-written, and the actors are great. 9/10

    Groundhog Day

I've wanted to see this for so long and yesterday I finally had a chance to see this film. The plot it simple, a lovely nightmare in which a man lives same day, Groundhog Day all over and over again (some people have counted how long and counts vary from about 8 years to 35 years). Bill Murray was very good in this film and the story was very funny and romantic. Definitely one of the best romantic comedies I've seen and it also teaches a little lesson of how to enjoy your life.

Fast and Furious 6. Finally I can watch this... It was quite good, and I can't wait for the next. Because Jason Statham will be the bad guy, that should be interesting. 8/10.

    Kick *** 2.

I enjoyed it. It's upsetting that it didn't do well because I'd love to see a third. Jim Carrey and McLovin were great!

    Monsters University
Made it to the cinema yesterday for the first time in a while.
I had sort of been put of animated movies of recently but i braved this one as I am such a fan of the original. Monsters university starts of well with a young Mike hoping to be a scarer one day. Then he begins university. He makes friends with some strange guys who arent the most popular in an attempt to rescue he and Sully's dreams. Great story. Great prequel. Will surely appeal to everyone. Personally i think it is the best animated film of the year. Almost PERFECT 9.5/10

One of the best of the trilogy? I reckon. I recently saw Despicable Me 2. The most crazy as movie I've seen, it was so funny. I'm happy I'm not so old enough that I couldn't get heaps of laughs out of a kid's movie. Easy 9.5/10.

The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones

I watched this movie with my mom a while ago and she chose to watch this. In my opinion, I didn't like it (although my mom did)... should've watched something else...

    Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
Well, now I've seen this three times and I still like this movie. We watched this with a friend of mine who hadn't yet seen this. The actors are brilliant and the plot is very complicated and it might also be a bit confusing since there is many things that no one actually says but you have to deduce what has happened about what they have said or left unsaid. Interesting, interesting. And I love the atmosphere in this film: dark colours and feeling of the 1970's, scenes where no one talks and nothing happens, buildings, cars, everything. It's not film for everyone but if you are patient and like to watch something else than typical Hollywood popcorn films, I highly recommend this one.
