My biology teacher told us some fruit that had a certain chemical in it that made you gain weight. Besides, you can eat bad if you exercise right. I know a guy that ate eggs, sausage, burgers, all this greasy stuff, mostly protein, but he worked out, and he was muscled up. Id just exercise
