On Gmail, open up an Email they have sent you. To the very right, there should be a mini-profile thing with their picture and stuff. Directly to the left, there should be an Arrow that (when you hover over it, it should say "More Action"). If you hit the arrow, it should say "Block".
In gmail, you click the arrow on the search box at the top and then type the email in the 'From' section. Then click 'Create filter with this search' and select 'Delete it'. That should delete all emails from that specific address.
For Hotmail, I think you just go to Options --> More Options. Preventing Junk Mail --> Safe and Blocked senders --> Blocked Senders. Now just type the email address under Blocked Email Address or Domain. Been a while since I used Hotmail so it may have slightly changed.
Don't know about Yahoo.
How do you block specific numbers from calling or texting you on an iPhone?
Thanks you guys.
As for the blocking numbers on the iPhone, you'll have to jailbreak it and get an app that blocks numbers for you. Do you have Verizon or AT&T, because on Verizon you can block numbers for free on your myverizon account, while AT&T charges you for a similar option. Since my iPhone is jailbroken, I used Cydia to download a program to blocks numbers, but I haven't used it in a while.

95% of people would cry if they saw Justin Bieber about to jump into a tank of hungry sharks. If you are in the 5% who would climb up and push him in, then copy and paste this in your sig. (Started by Bekidding)
Should I... cancel my BW2 order with Amazon, and pray they have it in stock in Gamestation on my way to work (which i recon they will) or keep my preorder? Amazon haven't taken my money from my account yet, and its still not been dispatched... Hmmm...

I don't use uber Pokemon , I don't calculate stat values, I don't use cheating devices, I don't breed my way to perfection, and I don't care about natures. I catch my Pokemon the way they are, and treat them like individuals instead of brainless drones. If you use this philosophy, copy & paste this into your signature. (Started by Tyranitar)
When you have a nosebleed, are you supposed to tilt your head up or down?
Neither. You should keep your head forward. If you were to tilt it back, the blood could get back to the sinuses and cause gagging and other problems. You just pinch the soft part of your nose to apply light pressure, and get a wet tissue and wait till all of the blood has run its course.

Neither. Letting the blood run its own course is the best, as Lamia said. In fact, maintaining the natural flow of the body is the best solution for many other things, too.
But if you must tilt your head, it's probably better to tilt your head down. Tilting your head up increases the risk of blood going to a place in the body where it shouldn't go, whereas tilting your head down increases the rate that blood escapes from your body. Obviously, tilting your head up is much worse in this case.
That sort of sounds like what I would call a 'shutter'. That happens to me occasionally- like it'll feel like there's a tingly feeling in my feet, then it sweeps from there up to my head quickly, after which I feel like I want to shake my head (like I'm trying to wake myself up). It's not set off by anything in particular that I've noticed- I don't know what causes it or what it would be called, unfortunately.
As for it happening to you around old people, it might be because of a smell. I know some older people's houses I've been in have weird smells.
Something I've wondered- why does using a wet tissue make a difference? Any time I get a nosebleed, that what my parents say to use, but I don't get why being wet helps.
Try making your own offer. When I was trying to get the unobtainable pokemon on my White, I had trouble finding good offers for them, but generally was able to get the desired pokemon within a day if I offered a pokemon of similar value.
