you might like their early stuff (assuming you don't already have some of it) just because Neurosis harped on them so much in the middle of their discography (which isn't a knock on Neurosis for doing so).

it's crust punk yeah. it's still very metallic and during the slower bits you can even hear some post punk (which explains why they went all Killing Joke on their newest album). i mean i can even hear similarities to early Voivod in the riff-style.
