Indeed. This was one of the most legendary posts ever made by a user of Serebii. Since I posted these pictures I been doing what most people expected me to do, which was win.
This past summer I did my second Internship with The Army Corp Of Engineers. I was also with the SCA (Student Conservation Association) which is a really cool program for high school and college students to get into if anyone is interested in conservation and helping reserve our planets delicate eco systems.
-These pics are from one of our conservation days which was spent at The Martin Luther King JR Memorial
^ This is a picture next to the church Martin Luther King preached at.
^ this is the fountain where Martin Luther and his wife Coretta is buried at.
After The summer I became an Americorp member. The Americorp program is basically the domestic version of the peace corp. The most awesome thing I got to do so far is Disaster Deployment. Which in November I was sent out to New York where I assisted in On Going Shelter Operations.
Unfortunately I can't show you pictures of the shelter and when we were on duty. However, you can read about what I done specifically right here:http://www.serve.gov/stories_detail....stories_id=965 This article gives a special shoutout to me since it mentions I am from New Mexico . I can show you pictures of a much needed day of R&R:
^ Everyone has to show a pic of time square when they go :P
^ me on top of the Rockafellar Building. An amazing view for seeing the New York Skyline.
^ Amazing view right?
^ Some of the guys I served with.
^ Gotta get a picture of the bull.
^ Ran into Bumble Bee at the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum.
