Meganium because of its design (its a green dinosaur!!! lol) and the fact that if you train it properly, it can be deadly. It was also my starter in SoulSilver. ^^
I also like Suicune because of how you have to chase it across Johto in order to catch it. Its almost as if its playing a game with you.

I love that Pokémon. It can control Pyshic powers whenever it wants, and most mediums feel a connection instantly with it.
