I have a nearly flawless shiny thunderus with HP ice as well. I don't remember where I got it, but I think it's legit. It's in a master ball, but if I found a shiny thunderus, I'd probably use a master ball on it, so that doesn't really tell me much.

I have a shiny UT WISHMKR Jirachi, if you're interested in that. I'd need to get it cloned first, though.

sceptile has the exact same ivs you posted, its near flawless my bad. its timid with 252 speed/ 252 spec attack and 4 spec def
