Favorite Pokemon in first generation?

Basic question, what is your favorite Pokemon within the first generation games? Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow.

Me personally, mine is Raticate. Simply because when I first started playing my first ever Pokemon game which was Red version back in the 1990s, Raticate was not only a rare Pokemon to catch, but he was one of the strongest back then.

I remember when I was walking through the route on my way to Vermillion city, I got extremely lucky and ran into a Raticate. However, it took me about a month or two to capture him. After I caught him, he helped me through the entire game. Raticate may be the underdog in today's generation, but he will always remain in my heart. Even until this day, I still think of my Raticate! It's saddens me that in today's Pokemon games, Raticate is so simple to catch. Yet, back in my days, Raticate was so much of a challenge. Eh!!

Farfetch'd is my favourite. I honestly don't care if he's weak or a "gimmick" pokemon. I always made sure to have a Farfetch'd on my team. Definitely my favourite pokemon.

Not necessarily. When Imposter Ditto is released, there'll be war. I can see it going to Ubers.

Pidgeot was my faithful friend, loyal companion, and fearless warrior during my first run-through of Pokémon.

Pidgeot is still my favourite Pokémon, throughout ALL the generations.

My favourite first gen pokemon would have to be Alakazam. It has a nice name, and is a great pokemon for any 1st generation team .

Dragonite. I really like its design, and it's very useful for battles. Also, just thinking of Dragonite brings back fond memories of when I used to teach Hyper Beam to as many Pokemon as possible. (Of course, I know better nowadays.)
