It was up on my local store's website. Oddly, they didn't have the "Red & Blue" box set picture up yet. I suppose the cover of vol. 14 is going to be the poster since it's two times on the side of the box. I think they should have used a brighter color than silver for the box, or at least both gold and silver.

I forgot to comment on the box. It looks good. I almost want to buy that box soley for it. I wonder what the Red and Blue one looks like and if they'll make one for DPPt? If they wanted they could...you know release RS, FRLG, and Emerald as one massive boxset and have them on bookshelves. ^It would take time to translate those arcs thoroughly and release them all at once. They could make them VIZBIGs like with DBZ and Kenshin but still. And let's not forget about Normal's "great" parenting...

Hm, if that's the box, it may just be regular, cheap cardboard, unlike the nice boxes VIZ made for their popular Shounen titles. If that's the case, then I won't feel so bad about buying all the individual releases. Although, I may get upset if they fix and errors or retract any cases of censorship...

I noticed that Proton's hair is blue.
He should be blue-green.
Although these two colors are often used interchangeably, but I still hope that they can be differentiated.

I didn't say it was perfect. As of now there is no way to get gen 3's books out before DPPt volume 8 without rushed translating and editting. Yeah I really want to see how father of the year Norman get's handled in Viz eddition. It will be the new Gold/Blue butt pat on "How will they edit it?" I still can't believe the butt pat made it in Viz. It must have been to famous to leave out.

Personally, Sird's Spoilers don't seem too bad and the RS and E arcs seems to be safe for now so readers will be able to read them even after Volume 8 of DPPt. The FRLG arc could be pasted off as an expansion of Sird's story and the Gen 3 arcs would be midquels for the USA. I'm only concerned if we'll GET them at all.
And Gold's butt pat was certainly a surprise. Maybe for Norman, they'll go for broke and keep his amazing (amazingly brutal, that is) parenting method intact. Either way, it will truly be moment to behold.

If anyone's interested, it looks like Chuang Yi has released volume 39.
The CY website still hasn't updated with news of the release, but I'm trusting that the ebay listing is legit since I've purchased past volumes from that seller before (and just did again).
