I despise soccer with a flaming passion. It's the worst sport next to men's swimming and diving. Nearly all the players are jerks, and most of them are Eurotrash with wh0re girlfriends. Tennis, basketball, and baseball are more tolerable sports. I don't like sports in general.

Plus, I don't think there's a single straight white British male who doesn't like soccer.

Though you're right, a majority of people that play football (at the higher levels anyway) are jerkbutts. In my opinion football is a great sport played mostly by twats.

If I could root for any team, it would be ours, since American soccer players are mostly obscure. I would have rooted for Italy's if Mario Balotelli wasn't stinking up the whole team. (And no, it's not because he's black.)

Watching my first ever Africa Cup of Nations match (Algeria v Togo). It's not edge-of-your-seat stuff, but it is just a group game. As it stands Algeria are going out, so maybe they'll step things up in the second half. I'll try and make a habit of tuning in to the televised matches.

Man Utd are, from what I've read, destroying a very poor Fulham side in the FA Cup. 4-0 with 20 minutes left to play.

Yeah, what a game for Luton. Remember reading an article in FourFourTwo about all the financial stuff and points deductions they'd been going though and felt really sorry for the fans, so great they can enjoy a moment like this.

Had hoped that would be enough giant killing for one round, but Brentford have just given us a right scare. Thought the game against Swansea was the poorest I'd seen us play this season, but this topped that by a mile. First half in particular was woeful. Doesn't take a genius to work out a short passing game wasn't going to work on that pitch, but like so many times this season we just didn't seem to have a plan B. Fair play to Brentford though, they looked a lot more up for it than we did and definitely deserve the replay. Getting a bit worried about fixture congestion now though, especially given the size of the squad at the moment. Currently got 15 fit outfield players, and that includes the likes of Marin, Benayon and Ferriera, so not a lot of room for rotation.

I know someone from Luton and remember him being annoyed by their points deduction, which was more than the other clubs in administration received... Then they've failed in about 3 consecutive playoff finals.

Maybe finally, they'll stop going on about how we don't see enough giant-killings is the cup/cups now. It was beginning to grate.

So fa cup 4th round out Arsenal vs blackburn, Manchester united vs reading, Luton Town vs Millwall, Manchester city vs Leeds, MK dons vs Barnsley, Oldham vs Everton, Middlebrough vs Brentford or Chelsea and Hudderfield or Leicester vs Wigan not bad ties that I feel Arsenal can win and the two Manchester clubs.

And in African cup of nations both South Africa and Cape Verde through.
