Many people don't know this, but this Sunday, my club will play the derby against our archrival for the first time in 13 year. I am going to the match and I am very looking forward to it. I am counting down the days xD.

Well, Di Canio's gone. That didn't take too long did it? I've ranted enough in the past about managers not being given enough time and won't change stance now, though I sense in Paulo's case, it was probably an incident that kicked off behind the scenes that did it in for him.

Dunno who I'd want to replace him if I were a Sunderland fan. Pulis?

Well, they have good enough squad but Di Canio seems clueless about the new team that he has. New players like Giaccherini, Altidore, Borini, Graham are good enough for them and don't forget about the old faces like Larsson, Gardner, Fletcher, Johnson, Wickham etc etc. And maybe the reason why Sunderland are on the bottom of the league is they lost Mignolet. A really good keeper for a team like Sunderland. Now they don't have a proper keeper to swim through the middle of the league.

About the replacement, I'm not sure who will replace Di Canio. It could be Pulis or anyone.

Utd vs Liverpool tonight and Suarez returns after his 10 match ban. Moyes really needs to win tonight after getting bullied by City last week. Hopefully, this is all set up to be one epic match.

I don't even feel like Suarez deserves to play after the incident.

Arsenal 1-1 West Brom (4-3 on penalty)

Wow. What a match. Arsenal were playing with the young lads. Eisfield scores the goal for Arsenal. But Berahino makes it 1-1. The lads can hold WBA through the extra time and win the penalty. And Arsenal will face Chelsea in th next round.

I know what you mean but he's such a talent. I really enjoy watching him play.

Can't believe we won that game, Albion should of buried us as they had so many chances. I'm happy we are still in the cup to showcase our youth, I'm liking what I saw out there and bring on Chelsea!

Me too, especially back in the day for Uruguay. I wish he never did what he did, I thought he was getting better.

    Predictions time!

    Spurs 2-2 Chelsea
Chelsea have more opportunities to win imo. But Spuds maybe can hold it. So I predict a draw.

    Aston Villa 0-2 Man City
At this point, City are on fire. Aftee that 4-1 win against their rival, so City would win it.

    Fulham 1-0 Cardiff
I don't know much about Cardiff but all I know that Cardiff won against City that day. Fulham maybe have the opportunities to win.

    Hull 1-1 West Ham
Battle of the underdogs, a draw would be fine.

    Man Utd 3-0 West Brom
Rooney's on fire. A 3-0 should be good for Moyes' side.

    Southampton 3-0 Palace
After won against Liverpool, Southampton's confidence should raised up and they will aim for a win.

    Swansea 0-1 Arsenal
Maybe it's a hard win for Arsenal, because the Swans are currently on fire. 1-0 should not be hard for Arsene's side.

    Stoke 0-0 Norwich
A draw would be fine here. I don't know much about the two side anyway...

    Sunderland 0-2 Liverpool
Sunderland are in a bad form. Liverpool might still shocked after they lost their last two games. So Rodgers' side really want to win imo.

    Everton 2-2 Newcastle
This is a semi-big match imo. Martinez's side could win it because they will play a home match but Pardew's side maybe could handle Martinez's tactics. So a draw is the best option.

    Yeah, that's all. don't judge.

    Same, I'll try.

    Tottenham 0-1 Chelsea
    Aston Villa 0-2 Man City
    Fulham 0-1 Cardiff
    Hull 1-0 West Ham
    Man Utd 0-0 West Brom
    Southampton 1 - 0 Crystal Palace
    Swansea 2-3 Arsenal
    Stoke 2-1 Norwich
    Sunderland 0-2 Liverpool
    Everton 2-0Newcastle

I guess I'll have to make some predictions too.

    Tottenham 2-1 Chelsea

I feel Spurs will actually edge past Chelsea here, Mourinho doesn't know his strongest XI and the attacking players are under performing so far this season bar Oscar. I want to see Defoe actually start since he's been scoring goals for fun lately. Good be a good derby will the managers relationship spicing thing up.

    Aston Villa 0-4 Man City

I can see Villa being thoroughly beaten here, City look sharp and have strikers in goalscoring form as well as that beast Yaya now also turning into a free kick specialist! Christian Benteke is out for a while and I don't see where the goals are going to come from especially up against a good defensive side in City with Kompany playing.

    Fulham 2-1 Cardiff

Fulham are at home and have goalscorers in Berbatov and Bent, they should be able to beat Cardiff here.

    Hull 1-1 West Ham

I can see this game being a decent one with West Ham to play a bit more defensively and Hull playing open football suspect to counter attacks. End to end stuff but only a goal apiece (or a draw) methinks.

    Man Utd 3-1 West Brom

After a morale boosting victory over Liverpool midweek, expect the Red Devils to be raring to go and bring it to Albion. This game will have goals although I doubt another 5-5 scoreline!

    Southampton 3-0 Crystal Palace

Southampton are looking good and I expect a convicing home victory here against a helpless Crystal Palace.

    Swansea 1-2 Arsenal

The late kick off today pitting my beloved Gunners against a good Swansea side boasting some serious threats and a good manager in Laudrup. We won here last season 2-0 and I think we can replicate a simliar scoreline as long as we keep Michu and co quiet. It will be a tough win but I predict Arsenal to squeeze out another away win (I hope!).

    Stoke 2-0 Norwich

Norwich have been struggling of late and I don't see Stoke losing at home. Norwich's away form is also terrible and I expect a another bad result for them away.

    Sunderland 1-1 Liverpool

With Di Canio gone and Sunderland playing at home, they will try and put on a performance for the fans and push really hard and I feel they can get a draw here.

    Everton 2-1 Newcastle

This will be a good contest and I'm going with Everton here as they have a lot of talent should be able to overcome a Newcastle side that isn't quite up to scratch yet.

Did anyone watch the semifinals of the football Beach world cup? It was entertaining, if full of some bad mistakes and rather lucky/unlucky goals, depending which side you cared about. Spain's last goal against Brazil took a ridiculous bounce...

    Swansea 1-2 Arsenal.

Gnabry scores! Arsenal's second youngster to score in BPL after Cesc. I love to see him get more game times. Ramsey also scores a brilliant goal. 8 goals in 9 games, he's so on fire right now and this season could be his season. Davies scores for Swansea in the 80th minutes. It was a good game.

Derby day for me! After 13 long years we returned to the top flight last year. What would make this year complete? To defeat our archrivals in an away game! The mocked us for years, but today we can flush the pain away and take vengeance! Sc Heerenveen - Sc Cambuur, wish me and SC Cambuur good luck!

(And yes I am going to the match there!)

I know it's still 2 months left before the winter transfer window opens, but the transfer rumours are hot.

Arsenal are going to launch Ł12m bid for Mario Balloteli. Wow. If it happens, I would be so happy and surprised though. In the other news, Arsenal are ready to spend Ł20m for Leverkusen's defensive mid, Lars Bender. So yeah, the rumour from the summer transfer window is back, Bender could be a nice addition to the team, but Flamini's leadership is one of the reason why I like him over Bender. And we still have Arteta.

Lionel Messi has picked up a minor right hamstring injury that will force him out for the next 3 weeks. The club are confident he will be back to full fitness in time for our meeting with Real Madrid on the 27th of October...

While Bender would be a nice addition to te squad I can almost guarentee that Balotelli won't sign for Arsenal.
