Regarding replacements, David Moyes of Everton, Roberto Martinez of Wigan, and Andre Villas-Boas.
Also, interestingly enough, Jurgen Klinsmann, the U.S. national team coach. (Really hope the USMNT don't lose Klinsmann, I like what he's done so far. )

Or, who knows, maybe Pep will come manage Spurs?
The usual suspects it seems but I'm not too sure about about Pep though, I think he is going to probably take a year off work unless a ridiculous offer comes in for him that he can't refuse.

It may have been crap football but they still beat you using it.

I also think there isn't much between Messi and Ronaldo but I think Messi just takes best player.

Demba Ba has left Newcastle for Galtasaray for €11 million. (I heard it on Twitter, so it must be true!) So far it's just rumors, but sounds pretty likely.
We sold him for more than his €7 million release clause, and he didn't go to an English team, so I'm pretty happy. I just hope we can get Luuk de Jong to replace him.
Speaking of, FC Twente has urged us to move fast for de Jong.

Well that was a really good first half, but a really lackluster 2nd half from Italy. Cassano was really good, Balotelli not that bad either but our midfield kind of got tired in the second half. Now this group got complicated, assuming Spain beats Ireland tonight, the last matchday will be really tight. Barring shenanigans, I think we will make it to the next round.

I think Italy might go through. BTW what do you mean by Shenanigans?

Well, well, well it looks like Fernando Torres is back on top of his game. I hate him for scoring two against Ireland, but it's good to see that he's returned to form. (But seriously screw him for beating Ireland's defense so thoroughly. Screw Spain's whole team.)

I know it's been beaten like a dead horse, but maybe a Germany-Spain final really is destined? There seem to be no better teams in the tournament now that Spain have a real striker.

I felt sorry for the Irish, but it was amazing to see all those Irish people singing when they where losing the game with 4-0.

That's because the Irish know how to party!
The announcers on the channel I watched actually brought it up a couple times. "No matter what the result, the Irish will be sure to have a good time tonight" etc.

Torres plays like a charm in Spain and Chelsea and that's why I support them. Maybe we will see Spain and Germany in finals, again?

True for now, two nice goals from Menez and Cabaye. Ribery showed flashes of class too. Let's hope to see a better second half now in the England - Sweden game.

    Unbelieveable 2-1 for Sweden!

Hahah, my boy Ibrahimovic has to go home early ^^

    *England scores*- Rooney claps
    *Sweden scores*-Wayne's lost
*Sweden scores*- Wayne's standing there as if he doesn't know what's going on
*England scores*- Wayne claps and is happy, '' I can do that '', says Wayne in response to Walcott's goal.
*England scores*- Wayne is very happy

    HAHA, Wayne, Wayne

Well then, England win with massive amounts of luck but win nonetheless. I'm glad Theodore James Walcott made an impact and did his thing when he came on. Next game is Ukraine who need a win to progress as much as I'd want Ukraine to knock England out of the tournament I cannot see that happening despite having the entire crowd on their side.

Ibrahimovic's terrific winning record with Sweden prevails!
Never try and argue with idiots, they'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Great result for England, good chance of progressing now. Which is more than can be said for other supposedly 'better' teams!

    Matchday three predictions:

    Czech Republic 1-2 Poland
    Greece 0-3 Russia

    Portugal 2-1 Netherlands
    Denmark 0-1 Germany

    Croatia 1-2 Spain
    Italy 0-0 Republic of Ireland

    England 1-0 Ukraine
    Sweden 1-2 France
