I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me some advice as to what to fix with some of my decks. I only have one deck sorted out right now, and the others need to be brought back together since I moved some of the cards around trying to organize my whole collection...
Spoiler:- The Deck:
Go to tappedout.net and make te decklist there, that way it's easier for us to actually se the cards.

Im just now starting to get into Magic. i had never heard of it until i had moved up north and saw some buds of mine play it in our anime club. So far it seems interesting and im thinking about going with an all-black deck =P i wanted to do slifer/slivers (however the fudge you spell it xD) but my friend told me that most tournaments banned them. Is this true or was he being a douche :/ i mean they're really powerful O.o
A lot depends on the format you're playing. Different formats call for different cards. Standard is one of the more popular formats and only allows cards released in the last ~2 years (it updates with each new set release). So in Standard, you wouldn't be able to play Slivers (since none were released in the last 2 years of sets). Though You can play Slivers in Pauper, Vintage, and Legacy.
Here is a link to a page detailing the formats (you have to click to view the details for each format). And there's also EDH/Commander, which is a lot of fun.
Following on with what Kamotz said, yes Slivers can be insanly powerful (and expensive). You really can't run a mono-colored Sliver deck. Most people that do run Slivers do 5 colors so you can have a diverse feild that spams a bunch of little 1/1 Slivers with like 20 different abilities.

You run mono-white or is it 2 colors. If I would do Angels Red/White for the Battalion support and a bunch of hugh creatures like Gisela, Avacyn, Aurelia, Firemane Avenger, and things like that. and I'm guessing your reffering to the set Avacyn Restored.

Gisela is an amazing R/W Angel.

Forgot about those. All of the colors have some decent angels. Mono White has Avacyn, White/Blue has Bruna, Green has Sigarda, Red has Gisela, Firemane Avenger, and Aurelia, and black has Deathpact Angel.

I've decided to undertake the making of the rules for Steamflogger Boss and the business of contraptions and assembling. I currently have something like this:
Assemble a contraption. (Sacrifice an artifact, then put a colorless Contraption artifact token onto the battlefield.) It has "Creatures you control get +1/+1."
Something along those lines, where assembling the contraption needs you to essentially transform an artifact you already control into an enchantment-like effect. It could be other effects of course, but what do you guys think so far? I'm trying to tinker with the wording, maybe to make it a pseudo-ability or to keep it the way it is now, with the "It has" wording.

The ONE thing about Magic that I was right and you were wrong on. Sorry Kamotz, I'm totally rubbing this in your face buuuuuuuuuuut it's really the only time in my life I'll ever get a chance to say this to you:
Told you so, bro.
Aurelia and Gisella are the ones that sometimes give me an urge to make a W/R Lol!Angels deck.
If you're going for ANGELS, Firemane is ok. It's still a strictly-worse Hellrider with some added evasion (Flying). I'll play it in my EDH deck because I have the pretty Gameday foil, but that's about it.
As for Aurelia, I never said it wasn't good, just not suited for an Aggro deck. The most expensive card aggro decks are playing now is either Falkenrath Aristocrat, Hellrider, or Ghor-Clan Rampager...4 mana. And the Rampager is usually just played for his Bloodrush effect or when they absolutely need a big body. Thundermaw isn't even seeing much play anymore. Aurelia's a strictly-midrange card, at least in the current Standard where Aggro is too fast for her. She's best when you have Value creatures out.
She's also insanely fun in EDH.
