Damn that's insane. This is a 2nd year engineering course at my school though and the averages were in the high 50s/low 60s but the highest grades on exams were only in the low 80s. I hope it doesn't get much worse later on but I've heard it does for some classes. I'm taking organic chemistry next semester, that should be interesting.
