Update looks great. I think you should put the links in chronological order, basically the reverse of what they are now. Both Skynet's and Gamefreak's teams were made in the DPP era, whereas mine is in the time of Deoxys-S in BW, and it just feels weird going backwards.
You can also get rid of my first team by the way. I was fairly new back then and I'm not too proud if it. I'm glad you found my second team though, even if it's just an updated version of the first.
Hey has anyone ever tried using HO in the stall environment that is the GBU?

So...is Azelf the best Deoxys S replacement? Or is there something better?
Latios can set up screens, then memento to get a sweeper in safely. Doexys-D can set up screens, stealth rock, and taunt, and I hear it does a better job then Azelf at that because of team viewer messing up frail suicide leads. Espeon can set up screens and already has magic bounce.
You don't always have to use the same lead anymore. I've even heard of HO leads that didn't even set up screens.

That is the spike stacking volt/turn hyper offense variant. Instead of setting up sweepers, it just abuses the hell out of momentum and hazards. Then while the team is softened enough, one of the sweepers picks off the rest of their team.
The HO team I have been using in BW OU has actually been Deoxys D | Scarf Salamence | double dance Terrakion | SD Lucario | Bulky Roost SD U-Turn Scizor | DD Nite. I use a lot of priority to beat scarfers easily, while retaining the ability to boost and hit the slower teams hard. I like to use Scarf Salamence because he has like the immediate speed. It also can sweep with dragon STAB and get Moxie boosts late game when the steels are gone.
I didn't use Cloyster because the SR weakness and lack of resists were annoying. Haxorus wasn't used mainly for the lack of room and its unneccesary with my two dragons.
Ehhhh.... I disagree with some parts of the guide. I still think we need both physical and special sweepers. I don't see the point in keeping something out that doesn't even 2hko and allows the Pokemon to recover endlessly while also setting up in the process. Keeping out a Pokemon that doesn't even 2HKO skarmory invites it use roost over an over

However, most people can predict when Skarm will Roost, so they grab a Swords Dance/Dragon Dance boost, and end up 2HKOing the Skarm because they managed to get up to +4.
Same thing applies for Special Sweepers against Chansey. The Lati twins can get past by CMing then using Psyshock, which can end up being an easy 2HKO. If the Lati Twin has Safeguard, you can't stop it by Paralyzing it or Poisoning it.
There was a method back in Gen 4 Ubers where Salamence would be paired with Rayquaza, and because they had similar counters, they could break past them so the other half could sweep the entirety of the foe's team. This is the same logic that is applied to using all physical sweepers or all special sweepers.

Not really that different. Find a dual screener to lead with that can also set up entry hazards (i.e. Azelf) and load up on sweepers from either side of the spectrum, physical or special. From there, the guide is still pretty up-to-date. Have good offensive synergy and such, and you've got yourself an HO team.

Were a couple of good examples of classic generic Heavy Offense in late BW1. The first one being weatherless and the second one being Sand. Azelf or Sash Tar both set rocks or kill something before you go down, while setting up the pace and momentum for your team. It can play without screens. I haven't played BW2 yet, so I am unsure of what would be solid there.
I have more HO teams, but I just wanted to show a couple of more recent examples of the purest form of the playstyle there is. They can be used as a base for one of your own, or you can battle with them. Threatening teams like this can be hard to deal with regardless of metagame changes.
