Haha, this is quite amusing and off-topic but I couldn't resist. That is the delicious Matthew Gray Gubler aka Dr Reid from CM, one of my favourite shows. Although, Jackson Rathbone (Jasper off Twilight) was in an episode of the show XD

This is the first time this situation has come up, and after some brief discussion, a new rule will be implemented as a result.

- Peeps who are denied entry from the Lyra/Kotone Club cannot attempt to sign up again for 30 days.
