    fantina!!! i love ghost type pokemon, plus her gym was pretty cool.

    I like Maylene because she's just kind of a ditz, yet manages to beat adults at martial arts. Too bad it's not known if she can smack Aura Spheres away like her anime counterpart...

    A close second would be Volkner, mainly because he's got a Luxray and his hilarious friendship with Flynn.

    Volkner and Candice. The sinnoh gym leaders aren't the best bunch, but some of them are bad a!! 
