Smile Warstory: The horrible warstory where i played very badly

This is a warstory that i did between me and some random person. It turned out to be a very exciting battle. Here's the pokemon. And, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT SKIPPING TO THE LAST SENTECE. READ IT!!

    Pichu47:
    Stazzo:

Battle between Pichu47 and Stazzo started!

    Tier: Wifi OU
    Variation: +13, -19
    Rule: Rated
    Rule: Sleep Clause
    Rule: Species Clause
    Rule: Wifi Battle

Stazzo sent out Free hugs! (Tentacruel)
    Pichu47 sent out Blitzkreig! (Darmanitan)

Oh man. Darmanitan vs Tentacruel is certainly not a good match-up. The fact that I have no spinner OR Toxic Spikes absorber may spell doom to me. Having Darmanitan, Snorlax, Ambipom, and Gastrodon all grounded isn't doing me much of a favor. I also need to get Darmantian out of here as soon as possible as all his moves are ineffective against Tentacruel. Just in case my foe does something unexpected, I U-turn. It also gets in some light damage to see his EV spread, though it's most likely the physically defensive version.

    Start of turn 1
    Blitzkreig used U-turn!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's Free hugs lost 15% of its health!
    Pichu47 called Blitzkreig back!
    Pichu47 sent out Snorlax!

The foe's Free hugs used Toxic Spikes!
Poison spikes were scattered all around the feet of Pichu47's team!

The foe's Free hugs restored a little HP using its Black Sludge!

Well, what can I say? It's indeed physically defensive and it's laying down the terror of my team - Toxic Spikes. I got Snorlax in and can threaten it with a KOing Earthquake. I can test the waters by just clicking Earthquake, but thanks to Team Preview, I saw that he has both a Zapdos and a Gliscor. Well, it's not like both can do anything to Snorlax so I...

    Start of turn 2
The foe's Free hugs used Toxic Spikes!
Poison spikes were scattered all around the feet of Pichu47's team!

    Snorlax used Earthquake!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Free hugs lost 90% of its health!
    The foe's Free hugs fainted!

    Stazzo sent out Scizorhand! (Scizor)

Ha! What a payoff that was! So he left his Tentacruel to die... guess he was desperate to get in that second layer of Toxic Spikes. Gastrodon isn't going to like that...

But this Scizor. I expect a U-turn and although I do have my own Gliscor, staying in and spamming another Earthquake seems like it's worthwhile to do.

    Start of turn 3
    The foe's Scizorhand used U-turn!
Snorlax lost 270 HP! (51% of its health)
    Stazzo called Scizorhand back!
    Stazzo sent out Mr.Potato! (Ferrothorn)

    Snorlax used Earthquake!
The foe's Mr.Potato lost 30% of its health!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

That was to be expected. Snorlax takes the U-turn and receives a hefty blow. Bad play on my part - I should have just went to Gliscor to minimize the damage and avoid set-up from Ferrothorn. Well, with Ferrothorn in my face, what better to go then to Darmanitan? Fire moves will certainly burn the life out of this lame shell monster!

    Start of turn 4
    Pichu47 called Snorlax back!
    Pichu47 sent out Blitzkreig! (Darmanitan)
    Blitzkreig was poisoned!

The foe's Mr.Potato used Leech Seed!
    Blitzkreig was seeded!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Blitzkreig's health is sapped by leech seed.
    Blitzkreig is hurt by poison!

With both toxic and Leech Seed, Darmanitan's life will be severely limited. I don't have any other Pokemon that can directly KO Ferrothorn, and the fact that I don't have a single Pokemon to absorb Leech Seed hurts me as well. The only thing I can do at the moment is attempt to force it out or KO it with a Fire-type move. However, he also has Heatran, whom I'm very wary about. Superpower hits both so I'll give it a shot.

    Start of turn 5
    The foe's Mr.Potato used Protect!
    The foe's Mr.Potato protected itself!

    Blitzkreig used Superpower!
    The foe's Mr.Potato protected itself!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Blitzkreig's health is sapped by leech seed.
    Blitzkreig is hurt by poison!

Dang it! Protect further ruins Darmanitan's life by a huge mile. He knows I'm using Superpower, so he's probably going to switch out. Here's to another error in my play.

    Start of turn 6
    Stazzo called Mr.Potato back!
    Stazzo sent out toxibat! (Gliscor)

    Blitzkreig used Superpower!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's toxibat lost 15% of its health!
    Blitzkreig's Attack fell!
    Blitzkreig's Defense fell!

Blitzkreig's health is sapped by leech seed.
    Blitzkreig is hurt by poison!
The foe's toxibat's Toxic Orb activated!
    The foe's toxibat was poisoned!

Yeah, that sucked a lot. Gliscor gets a free switch-in on my Darmanitan, with Toxic and Leech Seed almost KOing the monkey. Well, let's get this monkey out and alive. Gastrodon can take any hit from the scorpion and retaliate back with Scald. Let's get it!

    Start of turn 7
    Pichu47 called Blitzkreig back!
    Pichu47 sent out Slurpee! (Gastrodon-East)
    Slurpee was poisoned!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
Slurpee lost 50 HP! (11% of its health)

Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

Ice Fang? Perhaps he was expecting my Gliscor to come in. Gastrodon was the bigger threat to Gliscor though, so I'm not sure why he'd expect Gliscor. In either case, Gastrodon's in and sadly Toxiced, so it's unable to stall for as long as he'd like to. I think the best thing for me to do is apply pressure upon this Gliscor. I really need him gone. A_A

    Start of turn 8
    The foe's toxibat used Protect!
    The foe's toxibat protected itself!

    Slurpee used Ice Beam!
    The foe's toxibat protected itself!

Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

Gaaah! Does each of his Pokemon have Protect? It's surely aggravating! He now knows I have Ice Beam, and seeing his team, the best mon for taking the move is Ferrothorn. Guess what I'll be switching in...

    Start of turn 9
    Stazzo called toxibat back!
    Stazzo sent out Mr.Potato! (Ferrothorn)

    Pichu47 called Slurpee back!
    Pichu47 sent out Blitzkreig! (Darmanitan)

    Blitzkreig is hurt by poison!

Ha! Just as planned! I'm really starting to dislike the Toxic Spikes though. Darmanitan is in no good shape to continue the match, and I'd like to preserve him for later. I also expect an incoming Protect, so I'll manually switch in...

    Start of turn 10
    Pichu47 called Blitzkreig back!
    Pichu47 sent out Ambipom!
    Ambipom was poisoned!

    The foe's Mr.Potato used Protect!
    But it failed!

    Ambipom is hurt by poison!

Ehh, Ambipom's poisoned, but I got nothing to do about it. First things first though, I need to Taunt that Ferrothorn in order to stop those annoying Leech Seeds/hazards. I can kill it later.

    Start of turn 11
    Ambipom used Taunt!
The foe's Mr.Potato fell for the taunt!

The foe's Mr.Potato can't use Leech Seed after the taunt!

    Ambipom is hurt by poison!

Okay, seems like things are going smoothly. This is where I make a pretty dumb mistake though. Since Ferrothorn is taunted, why would it NOT attack me? Ambipom can't damage Ferrothorn at all. Look at what I did...

    Start of turn 12
    Pichu47 called Ambipom back!
    Pichu47 sent out Blitzkreig! (Darmanitan)

The foe's Mr.Potato used Gyro Ball!
    It's not very effective...
Blitzkreig lost 66 HP! (18% of its health)
    Blitzkreig fainted!

Ugh, bad move on my part. Well, I still got a Fighting-type move in Superpower at Snorlax, so let's give it a swing.

    Pichu47 sent out Snorlax!
    Snorlax was poisoned!

    Start of turn 13
    Stazzo called Mr.Potato back!
    Stazzo sent out Rayden! (Zapdos)

The foe's Rayden is exerting its Pressure!
    Snorlax used Superpower!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's Rayden lost 29% of its health!
    Snorlax's Attack fell!
    Snorlax's Defense fell!

The foe's Rayden restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Snorlax is hurt by poison!

Should have expected a switch-in from Zapdos or Gliscor. I was just too desperate to get rid of Ferrothorn. With both Attack and Defense dropped, I need to switch out. Gastrodon seems logical as he's immune to Electric and has Ice Beam.

    Start of turn 14
    Pichu47 called Snorlax back!
    Pichu47 sent out Slurpee! (Gastrodon-East)

    The foe's Rayden used Discharge!
    It had no effect!

The foe's Rayden restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

Yeah, nothing special here. Gastrodon is switched into his immunity, for almost free of charge. I can't really do much so I'll just test the waters with an Ice Beam and see how it goes.

    Start of turn 15
    Stazzo called Rayden back!
    Stazzo sent out Mr.Potato! (Ferrothorn)

    Slurpee used Ice Beam!
The foe's Mr.Potato lost 13% of its health!
The foe's Mr.Potato was frozen solid!

Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!
    Pichu47: yay!

Ahaha! YES! A lucky freeze on my part. Ferrothorn is almost a non-threat now, but he still walls a significant amount of my Pokemon. Well, let's get Snorlax back into play for that Superpower.

    Start of turn 16
    Pichu47 called Slurpee back!
    Pichu47 sent out Snorlax!

The foe's Mr.Potato is frozen solid!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Snorlax is hurt by poison!
    Stazzo: :S

Just switching. Please don't switch out Ferrothorn though. T_T

    Start of turn 17
    Snorlax used Superpower!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Mr.Potato lost 80% of its health!
The foe's Mr.Potato's Iron Barbs hurts Snorlax
    Snorlax's Attack fell!
    Snorlax's Defense fell!

The foe's Mr.Potato is frozen solid!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Snorlax is hurt by poison!

Note: Snorlax is weaksauce. Eh but he's a freaking chubby chub bear - WHAT'S NOT ADORABLE ABOUT THAT? In any case, 80% damage to Ferrothorn was done, so that basically means it's dead. Let's see if I can deliver the finishing blow... not minding switches of course.

    Start of turn 18
    Stazzo called Mr.Potato back!
    Stazzo sent out Rayden! (Zapdos)

The foe's Rayden is exerting its Pressure!
    Snorlax used Superpower!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's Rayden lost 20% of its health!
    Snorlax's Attack fell!
    Snorlax's Defense fell!

The foe's Rayden restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Snorlax is hurt by poison!
    Snorlax fainted!
Pichu47: Ferrothorn is way to bulky
    Pichu47 sent out Ambipom!

Ah screw me. Should've known Zapdos was coming in. Snorlax served his purpose of weakening Ferrothorn though. Ambipom should be a decent match for Zapdos.

    Start of turn 19
    Ambipom used Fake Out!
Ambipom's Normal Gem raised Fake Out's power!
The foe's Rayden lost 37% of its health!

    The foe's Rayden flinched!

The foe's Rayden restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Ambipom is hurt by poison!
Pichu47: How does he survive a CB superpower??

Fake Out does pretty meh damage to Zapdos but at least it's damage. However, this puts it in perfect range for a KO from Double Hit. Even if Ferrothorn comes in, it won't survive the barrage of hits. Scizor is troubling though so let's hope he doesn't come in.

    Start of turn 20
    Ambipom used Double Hit!
The foe's Rayden lost 21% of its health!
The foe's Rayden lost 16% of its health!
    The foe's Rayden fainted!
    Hit 2 times!

    Ambipom is hurt by poison!
    Stazzo: it's Batman
    Stazzo: shhhhhh
    Pichu47: lol
    Stazzo sent out toxibat! (Gliscor)

Ha! Zapdos falls, but there's more troubling monsters coming in his stead. Gliscor's physical capabilities is nothing to mess with, and honestly, trying to attack it with Ambipom is foolish. Let's see how a Taunt does. Stopping a Swords Dance would be cool.

    Start of turn 21
    Ambipom used Taunt!
The foe's toxibat fell for the taunt!

    The foe's toxibat used Earthquake!
    A critical hit!
Ambipom lost 184 HP! (63% of its health)
    Ambipom fainted!

The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Pichu47 sent out Creepy! (Gengar)

    Stazzo: sry 4 crit

Eh, poor Ambipom. Crits happen I guess, but I think it didn't really matter with Toxic sucking Ambipom's blood all day long. Gengar should do a fine job of matching up with Gliscor. Earthquake immunity plus no weakness to Ice Fang is great.

    Start of turn 22
    Creepy used Substitute!
    Creepy made a substitute!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
    Creepy's substitute faded!

The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Pichu47: woulda died anyway

Bah, expected a switch to Scizor or something but I guess not. Attacking seems to be the only way.

    Start of turn 23
    Creepy used Shadow Ball!
The foe's toxibat lost 64% of its health!
The foe's toxibat's Sp. Def. fell!
Creepy is hurt by its Life Orb!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
Creepy lost 71 HP! (27% of its health)

The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    The foe's toxibat's taunt ended!
    Stazzo: maybe

Basically just exchanging fire. Gengar's HP has definitely took a toll while Gliscor's Poison Heal is a nuisance. Another Shadow Ball should do the trick.

    Start of turn 24
    The foe's toxibat used Protect!
    The foe's toxibat protected itself!

    Creepy used Shadow Ball!
    The foe's toxibat protected itself!

The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Pichu47: he's pretty frail

Eh Protect. Should I predict a Ferrothorn switch-in or keep the barrages rolling? I decide to just play it safe.

    Start of turn 25
    Stazzo called toxibat back!
    Stazzo sent out Mr.Potato! (Ferrothorn)

    Creepy used Shadow Ball!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's Mr.Potato lost 17% of its health!
Creepy is hurt by its Life Orb!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Ugh, Ferrothorn's ugly face reveals himself. He's on the verge of being KOed, so let's not waste a single moment.

    Start of turn 26
    The foe's Mr.Potato thawed out!
    The foe's Mr.Potato used Protect!
    The foe's Mr.Potato protected itself!

    Creepy used Shadow Ball!
    The foe's Mr.Potato protected itself!

The foe's Mr.Potato restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Delaying the inevitable is for the weak. Protip: don't do it.

    Start of turn 27
    Creepy used Shadow Ball!
    It's not very effective...
The foe's Mr.Potato lost 19% of its health!
    The foe's Mr.Potato fainted!
Creepy is hurt by its Life Orb!

    Pichu47: yay
    Stazzo sent out Scizorhand! (Scizor)

Ferrothorn's out of the way, but Scizor comes in. I really don't know what's coming - a Bullet Punch or a Pursuit? It's honestly a 50/50 guess here. I take Pursuit.

    Start of turn 28
The foe's Scizorhand used Bullet Punch!
Creepy lost 48 HP! (18% of its health)
    Creepy fainted!

    Stazzo: xD
    Pichu47 sent out Slurpee! (Gastrodon-East)

    Pichu47: I saw that comin

Damn. A flip of a coin toss seems to have sealed Gengar's fate. Well, let's keep trucking with Gastrodon. Scalding away!

    Start of turn 29
    Stazzo called Scizorhand back!
    Stazzo sent out Smileeeeeee! (Heatran)

    Slurpee used Scald!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Smileeeeeee lost 48% of its health!

The foe's Smileeeeeee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

Holy moly jesus, Heatran is only 3HKOed by Gastrodon's Scald? Might opt to put more SpA on my Gastrodon now but anyway, I don't see much of an option. More Scalds should do.

    Start of turn 30
The foe's Smileeeeeee used Earth Power!
Slurpee lost 120 HP! (28% of its health)

    Slurpee used Scald!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Smileeeeeee lost 51% of its health!

The foe's Smileeeeeee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

Gastrodon's such a beast at taking hits, but not with that annoying Toxic in hand. I need one more hit though Gastrodon's low on HP. HP would be nice. It's not like I'm going to get haxed, right? Right?

    Start of turn 31
The foe's Smileeeeeee used Earth Power!
Slurpee lost 117 HP! (27% of its health)
    Slurpee's Sp. Def. fell!

    Slurpee used Recover!
    Slurpee regained health!

The foe's Smileeeeeee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

... damn it. A Special Defense drop does Gastrodon no good at all. With the Toxic and all, it might be better to get a double KO but... I really don't know why I went for more Recovers. Slap me.

    Start of turn 32
The foe's Smileeeeeee used Earth Power!
Slurpee lost 175 HP! (41% of its health)

    Slurpee used Recover!
    Slurpee regained health!

The foe's Smileeeeeee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Slurpee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Slurpee is hurt by poison!

    Start of turn 33
The foe's Smileeeeeee used Earth Power!
Slurpee lost 176 HP! (41% of its health)
    Slurpee fainted!

The foe's Smileeeeeee restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
    Pichu47 sent out Slashera! (Gliscor)

Horrible play on my part - I should have just switched to Gliscor to preserve Gastrodon. Well, we learn by playing. Time to die, Heatran!

    Start of turn 34
    Slashera used Earthquake!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Smileeeeeee lost 30% of its health!
    The foe's Smileeeeeee fainted!

    Slashera's Toxic Orb activated!
    Slashera was poisoned!
    Stazzo sent out toxibat! (Gliscor)

Yeah, Heatran's out of the park, though an old-timer reveals his ugly face. Let's smack it with a Facade. Although... doesn't he carry Ice Fang?

    Start of turn 35
    Slashera used Facade!
The foe's toxibat lost 20% of its health!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
    It's super effective!
Slashera lost 176 HP! (49% of its health)

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!
The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!

Yeah, shoot. All I can do is pray to the hax gods for an Ice Fang miss. I need to boost up if I'm to match with his team.

    Start of turn 36
    Slashera used Swords Dance!
    Slashera's Attack sharply rose!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
The attack of the foe's toxibat missed!

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!
The foe's toxibat restored HP using its Poison Heal!

... Ha! That was very fortunate of me, but the Poison Heal is restoring my foe's HP too much. I need to apply more pressure.

    Start of turn 37
    Slashera used Facade!
The foe's toxibat lost 38% of its health!

The foe's toxibat used Ice Fang!
    It's super effective!

The foe's toxibat lost 38% of its health!
    The foe's toxibat fainted!

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!
    Stazzo sent out Scizorhand! (Scizor)

Loads of spam. My Gliscor seemingly lived through his barrage of Ice Fangs and Protects, gladly enough. Facade finally finishes off his annoying Gliscor, which is a huge boon to my team. But with my Gliscor weakened, there's another obstacle to face - Scizor. First things first, I need Gliscor to get some health back so that he can take a hit and retaliate back.

    Start of turn 42
    Slashera used Protect!
    Slashera protected itself!

The foe's Scizorhand used Bullet Punch!
    Slashera protected itself!

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!

Good, good. Let's get an Earthquake rolling. With a Swords Dance, it should be a clean 2HKO.

    Start of turn 43
The foe's Scizorhand used Bullet Punch!
Slashera lost 144 HP! (40% of its health)

    Slashera used Earthquake!
The foe's Scizorhand lost 70% of its health!

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!

It's best if I alternate between Earthquake and Protect for a balance of damage and health. Scizor isn't actually as threatening as I thought it was.

    Start of turn 44
    Slashera used Protect!
    Slashera protected itself!

The foe's Scizorhand used Bullet Punch!
    Slashera protected itself!

Slashera restored HP using its Poison Heal!

    Start of turn 45
The foe's Scizorhand used Bullet Punch!
Slashera lost 141 HP! (39% of its health)

    Slashera used Earthquake!
The foe's Scizorhand lost 29% of its health!
    The foe's Scizorhand fainted!

Aha! Scizor was apparently no match for my constantly-healing Gliscor. With the final Earthquake delivered, Gliscor wins me the game in this glorious battle!

    Pichu47 won the battle!
Pichu47: Yes! I won! Great Game!
    Stazzo: gg
    Pichu47: yes!
    Stazzo: ^^
    Pichu47: very close
    Stazzo: 1%
    Stazzo:
    Pichu47: muhahaha
    Stazzo: bye
    Pichu47: bye

And there it is! A very close battle that ended up with me winning by the closest margin possible! Thx for reading!

    Props:
    Stazzo for playing me.
    1% HP Gliscor! Just... incredible.
    Me for winning.
    Gliscor for being so epic.
    Me having such awesome nicknames.

    Slops:
Too lazy to list %HP and score. This is good enough I hope.
Several silly moments. There are Pokemon I could've saved that I didn't.
    Ferrothorn. I hate that thing.
Toxic Spikes can go die in a fiery pit.
I almost blew the battle and lost.

This makes me curious. For the readers, does hax excite you more or would you rather have a somewhat clean match instead? Freeze and stat lowering are potentially gamebreaking, which of course makes them exciting.

Also a warstory that has commentary. Finally. Proud to see no2 come in.

Cool battle. Real Cool. I am trying to do a warstory myself, but its hard cuz i am not a real hard core player, so most of my actions have a small thought process to it. So commentary is pretty bland. But I wanted to do it to show a beginners view point, and the fact that I was using RU against his Ubers. Anyways, good job!

No genger cannot (correct me if im wrong someone) due to the poison types needing to be on the ground while they are sent out as gengar has leviatate keeping it from absorbing the toxic spikes

You are right. Also poison flying types can't absorb them.

The war story was really good.

The warstory was pretty nice, but there are some things that you could add just to make it better. Pictures would make it look nicer and hp calculations at the end of every turn would help to make the battle easier to follow. Also you might want to tally the score whenever a pokemon dies. That's just my opinion, but it's what I like to see in a warstory. Otherwise, nice battle.

Yeah, maybe i should put parentheses
with the real pokemon's name in it.
