I would LOVE a review on the later chapters of Brothers' Bond, but when I ask for that, this topic tends to grind to a halt for a few days. But if you want to do that, I won't stop you. In the meantime, I'll also throw out The Chosen. It's fairly short: Just about 11 pages in my word processor, and I split it into irrationally short chapters when I started posting it here WAY back in April. Fair warning: It's an original fiction story. Not pokemon or any other kind of fan-fic. Hope that doesn't deter anyone.

I'm torn between deciding if someone should review the ever-long Forsaken, or the non-depressive one-shot The Sitters... ehh... I'd like another opinion on The Sitters.

The main character, Jade, is staying aboard the S.S. Anne with her Charmander, Pidgey...and a hybrid Pikachu that's sort of unofficially tagging along because of reasons. She discovered that Rockets have infiltrated the crew, and are planning to destroy the ship, killing everyone on it. She plans to try to put a stop to this using any means necessary, but success is not likely.

I'd like to request a review for Chapter 3 and/or 4 of The Angel of Reckoning. Here's some context to make it more accessible; thanks Chibi Pika for giving me the idea.

The story takes place in a near-future alternate universe of the Pokemon world, in which Unova Pokemon are being migrated to Johto and Kanto as part of a government-backed experiment.

Olivia is a fourteen-year-old girl who is starting a journey in Johto after several years of special tutoring, hence why she is starting late. She hopes to use her quest as a way to find her father, who she is unaware passed away in a disaster five years prior. Her chaperone, Matt, was the one who tutored her on her late father's request; he has a goal of his own, which is to find Reshiram and use its flames of truth to learn more about his own relationship to what happened five years ago. They have also picked up two allies: Bunny, Matt's friend and colleague as an archeologist, and Nekou, a loud, sarcastic alcoholic with violent tendencies and a murky background.

However, strange things have begun happening to them. When Olivia went to Professor Elm's laboratory intending to get a Totodile as her official starter, he was missing and Professor Juniper happened to be there in his place, leading to Olivia being placed with an Oshawott she isn't totally thrilled with.

Meanwhile, Polaris, a mysterious Illuminati-like group, is planning something of biblical proportions on the continent. Team Rocket, their strength hobbled severely following their conflicts with Team Plasma - a wing of Polaris - in Unova, are jockeying into position to stop whatever Polaris is planning. To that end, the Team Rocket trio and Pierce have been sent under the command of Ariana and Dr. Zager to capture a piece of Meteonite, an element that fell on a meteorite, which will give them a leg up on Polaris's plans.

For the next reader, how about a choice between Nonregulation Attire (Oneshot, PG, ~1,800 words) or, if you're willing to read outside of Pokemon, Silly Slayers Vignettes III (Vignette Collection, PG-13, ~2,500 words).

...And I might as well give you some pertinant background on Slayers if you aren't familiar with the series but still want to give the vignette set a try. Though you can ignore this if you want, since my Silly Slayers Vignettes are... well... silly by nature.

The world of Slayers is one of swords and sorcery, gods and monsters. The gods (and their earthly servants, golden dragons) hope to save the world, while the monster try to destroy it.

Filia is a golden dragon and former priestess. Like most high-level dragons she has the power to assume human form. She now lives among humans.

Xellos is a high-level monster and he has many powers. He appears in human form and can modify that form however he wishes.

Val is Filia’s adoptive son. Jillas and Gravos are friends of the family and work in Filia’s shop.

Amelia is the princess of Seyruun, white-magic capital of the world.

Zelgadis is a chimera—a combination of human, golem, and brau demon. This gives him increased power, but also gives him golem-like skin. He tirelessly quests to find a way to reverse his chimeraism and get his body back to normal.

Lina is a teenaged sorceress and the main character of Slayers. Gourry is her protector. Lina, Gourry, Amelia, Zelgadis (and at certain times Xellos and Filia) have all been traveling companions during the course of the series.

You did this same exact thing back on page 6 where you just came in here, ignored the rules, and asked for a review without giving one of your own. It was, like, 3 months ago. Come on, man.

Anyway, here is my review of Requiem: Right here..

I'm going to leave Requiem up for review because of three reasons:

1) It's really good, and new people should read it!

2) Jireh tried to undercut Sidewinder's turn.

3) I read Requiem every chapter anyway, so I don't feel my review counts.

So go read Requiem: Here!

Sid's right. You did this before. This game is all about equal exchange. You want a review? You got to give one first. I'm not going to go over the rules, they're clearly laid out in the first post. Go read them before you come back again.

I feel bad; I was going to review Requiem whether Sidewinder posted here or not because he and I are doing the Review Exchange, so I feel like he didn't gain anything from the Review Game. The only reason I replied to bring his turn back up was so jireh didn't cost him his turn.

If I HAVE to choose a story of my own, I do still want some reviews on The Last Meowth (HERE).
