BTW name ONE gen 5 pokemon who doesn't have a shallow movepool.

Emboar. EQ, Fire Moves, Fighting Moves, Scald, Grass Knot, Wild Charge, Head Smash/Stone Edge, Body Slam if you wanted. Unfortunately, cursed Stats kind of screw him over. But I'm getting off track.

Stoutland seems pretty cool, and while OU isn't going to be nice to him, I'd say with Hippowdon now in UU he has a fair chance of doing work there.

This thing is going to be the new Excadrill of OU. Less Attack (much) and Speed (not that much), but more bulk, having 90 Defenses instead of Excadrill's 60-65... A good trade IMHO.
The only loss are HPs, with Stoutland having 85 instead Exca's 110.

Sand Rush makes him great, having 564 Speed in Sandstorm, which is awesome.

Also Scrappy could be viable ability for him, making him a good revenge killer on Ghost-types with Retaliate, or even Return.

EDIT: ...OMFG. I just 6-0ed a team with a Muscle Band Adamant 252 Atk Return, in Sand. O_O
