So it seems as though Dan Green's wife died after/while giving birth to their twins. Perhaps the most tragic kind of death story there is. I can't begin to imagine the strength of the emotions a person in Green's situation would have to be experiencing.
(Green was the voice of Ash's Treecko, Professor Birch, and Mewtwo, as well as many other famous and popular anime characters.)
