What does the rind taste like? I may move onto this project next. I conquered eating an apple and disposing of nothing a few years ago. Yes, I know, I'm such a beginner. We all have to start somewhere.

Just take grapes.
And put them in the freezer.
Then eat them once frozen.
It's like bite-sized fruit ice cream. It's fantastic.

Actually, that's a lie. Though I did attempt to eat cactus fruit once. That wasn't fun. Make sure all of the little thorns are out before you bite down. Actually, don't even bother. It's bitter and gross.

Unfortunately I have yet to find a place that sells gyros. I love them though. The first time I had one was at some hole-in-the-wall, mom&pop style restaurant in North Carolina years ago. I hope it's still around.

I went to a restaurant with some of my friends the other day, and it had all you can eat falafel, hummus, and pita for 35 sheckles (about 10 dollars). Eating until I was sick was one of the best mistakes I ever made.
