Can someone tell me in under 50 words what Hetalia is
A Japanese comedy online manga/anime taking place around the time of World War II. All of its characters represent modern day countries, such as Kiku Honda(Japan), Ludwig(Germany), and Feliciano(Italy).
All the characters are the stereotypes of their countries. Such as Alfred(America) is often seen eating cheeseburgers, Heracles(Greece) loves cats, Feliciano(Italy) is addicted to pasta, and the most infamous one: Francis(France) is the extreme bisexual hopeless romantic.
It was originally going to be aired on TV, but Korean protesters found its portrayal of the Korea character(Im Young Soo) to be offensive.(So it was canceled.)

This actually sounds like a pretty decent idea, tbh. Oh wait, gonna read properly this time.
comedyWait, it's a comedy? And it heavily relies on stereotypes? Yeah, they blew it.All the characters are the stereotypes of their countries. Well, whoever Redfoo is he sure must be great to have a stalker like you.
And Hetalia... heard of it before since a few people at school are obsessed, but haven't gotten around to watching any of it.

I'm not sure I have anything to add to this discussion, but I haven't watched any anime in a while, not since I saw [C]. I saw some of Hetalia, and it... wasn't to my liking. I don't really hate it, mind, but it wasn't something I'd want to keep watching. Granted, I sat through most of the other things I didn't want to (especially in retrospect, my god), and probably shouldn't have.
As for music, can't contribute there, either. I prefer stilted, stuffy, "classy" old standards, such as "Oh Lord, Don't Let Them Drop That Atomic Bomb On Me" by Charles Mingus or "Arma-Goddamn-Motherfuckin-Geddon" by Marilyn Manson.
You get the idea.

This was a 10th grade class.
Basically I did stretch the truth out a bit. See, the kids were very indifferent to them, they didn't care and or thought they were stupid, or never heard of them.
Strange how I always thought I could be able to teach high school and ****, cuz I always keep up with lame cool **** and whatnot and get along with people in class. But whatevs. Strange how time flies and things and fads change. And here I thought that **** was gonna be around for a while too.
But yeah, the kids are pretty awesome. They're pretty cool and don't give me trouble. I was really surprised also when they even made me a gift too.
you make teaching sound so fun.![]()
oh it's a love/hate romance. 'cause i could watch her dance, if i've got my boots.
