ouch, you might want to stay in withdrawal for a while then. No working out till it's 100% better!!! Best to get into contact with physio or something I think.
Alternatively, you can just pop it back in.
edit: Wow, this should really be read in context.

Wise men at their end know dark is right.
I was searching through my CD collection today looking for my Kansas greatest hits CD. When I found it, I found a note my older brother wrote me when he was angry with me a few years ago inscribed on the CD. It read "Kansas sucks! Long live Metallica!" Now I will have to pay 3 bucks for the Kansas songs I like to be on my i-pod. Needless to say I was upset with this inconvenience, but I didn't hold it against my brother since he did it years ago.
But Day-um! Icarus (Wings of Steel) and Icarus II by Kansas are epic songs. I highly recommend it to anybody who enjoys the song Wayward Son.

YUM YUM JIMMY JOHN'S!
I am a huge Kansas fan. My favorite song by them, though, is none of the ones that you mentioned. Dust In the Wind is, IMO, their best song. But pretty much everything else that they ever did was good, too.

If you are one of the group who believes that people putting false statistics in their signatures to validate their own opinion, then telling others to put it in their signature, should be punished severely, do not put this in your signature and press 1. If you believe their statements are detrimental to society, press 2. For comments, complaints, or concerns about this signature, press 3. To redial, press 4.
It was fun though, other than the dying part.
Hey! A topic I can relate to! Fuck yeah!
jacobii, Icarus, Borne on Wings of Steel is actually my favorite song by Kansas. If your taste in music really is eerily similar to mine, you should go listen to People of the South Wind, Relentless, Belexes, Song for America, All the World, When the World Was Young, I Can Fly, and, ah, hell, every song by them ever. Except for, like, a few songs off of Drastic Measures.
Carry on Wayward Son and Dust in the Wind are pretty good songs, but they're so unlike any of Kansas' other material that it's stupid, to me, to really consider them "Kansas songs", as it were. Like using Stairway to Heaven as any sort of indicator as to what the rest of Led Zeppelin's music is like.
In other news, I also listen to John Frusciante excessively. I don't suppose there are any takers on that?
Well admittedly I like most folks are way more familiar with the work he's done with the RHCP than I am with his solo work. From what I have heard though, I can say that I think Frusciante is too ambitious for his own good. He's a great guitarist capable of playing solos that are full of soul and provoke natural emotion, have a great funk rhythm to them and still manage to be technically proficient. His talent is undebateable.
My problem I think is that his solo work is too adventurous for him. I feel like he keeps trying new genres before he really gets the hang of them. His attempts at indie rock, electronica and prog rock have all sounded really sub-par to me. I see him as being sort of an ADD guitarist. Someone who loses focus easily and then just moves on to his next venture, leaving things with his previous project sounding pretty half baked.
Purely my opinion though. By no means am I trying to sell Frusciante short.
When routine bites hard, and ambitions are low.
When resentment rides high, and when emotion won't grow.
We're both changing our ways, taking different roads.
Love. Love will tear us apart. Again.
Well I think I just had the awesomest night ever![]()
