    What translated in my head.

Anyway yeah, I really don't know any much Irish. It's embarrassing really, because I'm the only Irish person I know who doesn't at least speak a little Gaelic (other than most of the rest of my lazy-arse family). Oh well.

    Where do you live?

I take it "Shanghai, Germany" isn't actually your location, although I've heard that's a relaxing place.

London. I visit Limerick town every year, but it's really not my sort of place though. Everyone there is so culturally different, but then again, it's much easier to get on with people. What about you? A Dubliner?

Wicklow, about an hour south of Dublin. Also known as the epitome of boring. I'd like to move when I'm older, specifically to a place beginning with "L".

    London, btw, not Limerick.

That's because half of the words were English italicised. The other half were English words directly Gaelicised. Raidió Rí-Rá is amazing. I listen to it all the time.

Ireland is boring. There's nothing there. Even the TV channels are terrible. Move while you get the chance, but appreciate the peace while you live there.

You've either been there yourself or know that it's often referred to as "stab city".

I haven't watched Irish television in years, aside from glimpses as I quickly exit the room while my parents begin watching it.

People decide to hate on him because other people decide to hate on him, he just got pretty unlucky. I strongly dislike the music as well, though.

To be fair though, you have Gaelic Football/Hurling on a lot, which I find fun to watch sometimes.

Also, TG4 has Irish Ben 10 with American accents. It's the weirdest **** ever. And who the actual **** watches that channel?!

    lol TG4

Such a terrible excuse for a television channel. It in no way promotes the Irish language, despite being in Irish.

Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) pizza is awesome, and anyone who hasn't tried it should give it a chance. It shouldn't be delicious, but it is.

Also, I've been to Limerick, Pennsylvania. That's as close to my Irish roots as I've ever gotten, haha.

RTE is so terrible. They air the same crappy tv shows again and again and promote them as totally ~new and exciting~.

Agreeing with you on hurling and gaelic though. So much more interesting than soccer.

To be honest I don't even know what TG4 is trying to do. Nor do I know where Ireland get the funds to translate programs that are already in English, and why they bother in the first place. Ah well, I could rant for ages on why Ireland is bust, but I will not.

When a sport goes national, no-one gets paid $zillion per month, and the postman is your best player, you know the sport is underrated. Better than football though? I wouldn't outlandishly claim that myself (I love football.), but they're definitely two of my favourite sports.

See, TG4 is the source of Ireland's financial difficulties. Not the corrupt politicians, and certainly not the mindless, unregulated lending by banks.
