I hear you I honistly hope that dresses thread die's. I never intended on starting an argument because of my own worldly confusions....I swear it by my words!


Or forum games...I think forum games are fine.

Just no more stuff about dresses or stereo types or that crud. >_<; Espesally if its something emotionally serious to me. If I HAVE to ask those questions, by God, I had a wrong planet account....I need. To. Use it.

Yeah, plus a couple places in the Caribbean. (I'd look it up to confirm but for some reason whenever I try to navigate to a page that isn't bookmarked it won't load.. I don't know what the hell is going on with my internet.) Next to England, France had a pretty big grasp on the rest of the world, they had a plethora of colonies back in the day. Sometimes I wish I had kept up with my French and German.. I had a mind to minor in German in college, but that never happened and now I can't remember much of either language.

My best friend, on the other hand, minored in French and is getting ready to leave for France for a year to be an au pair. And now she's talking about going back to school to teach English as a second language. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous.

I'm actually pretty positive that the Spanish had a much larger grasp on the world than the French did. I'm bilingual right now. I've been learning French since as early as I can remember, I just need to find more people to actually speak with. Like I've visited Francophone countries and managed to get around fine and have good conversation, but it would just be for more reassurance if anything.

Yeah, I mean, I never meant it as cold hard fact. I guess I didn't mention Spain because it wasn't directly related to the conversation at hand. So, ok, England, France, and Spain were all vying for power there.

I'd look things up to refresh myself, but like I said.. I can't. I really wish I knew what was going on with my internet. I've been trying to fix it all day and still nothing. All I know is it's my network, when I tried loading the same pages on my iPhone with 3G it's been fine.
