I was just thinking there were almost too many of those, but then again, my finger is not on the pulse of that medium anymore. Then again, I suppose it's either that, or an "adaptation" of Demolition Man.

They also do, indeed, fairly rarely have noses. They have strange beak-like structures on their faces in the nose area, but they have no actual nose. You can tell because of the lack of nostrils. I'm not sure what species anime characters are, but whatever. I mean, clearly someone who dresses like this on a regular basis is detached from standard human logical processes, or has an immense loathing of or perhaps fear of clothing stores and owns nothing else.
