Standard RU Tournament
Introduction:
Welcome to the first RU Tournament on Serebii. For those that don't know, the Rarelyused Tier is the tier between UU and NU, to accomodate the Pokemon that either are outclassed or can't compete in higher tiers, but have enough potential that they are worth using and thus, salvaging from the depths of the Neverused tier. The list of Pokemon in the RU Tier can be found here. Pokemon from the Neverused Tier can be used as well, but those in the higher tiers can't. This means no Pokemon from BL2, UU, BL, OU and Ubers. If your opponent uses one of these Pokemon against you, either tell me or one of the moderators of this forum during the match, or paste the log, so that we can disqualify your opponent. RU Suspect Testing will have no effect on this tournament, the tiering is frozen.

-No cheating of any kind
-No counterteaming, scouting or posting your opponent's team.
-It is highly reccomended you save logs of your battle.
-Aside from Pokemon in tiers higher than RU, no unreleased Pokemon [events and DW Abilities] may be used.
