How many times have you beaten the Pokemon League?

I've beaten them a fair few times now, I tend to do them when I need some money to buy Proteins, Carbos, etc. for EV training.

I have to be honest, at first I found them quite challenging, and Alder was near-enough impossible. But now my Kyurem is level 92 and packing Draco Meteor as well as Focus Blast, I find with Ethers I can pretty much beat the entire E4 with him alone. Virizion w/ Sacred Sword and Excadrill w/ Drill Run+Rock Slide help significantly too.

Honestly, pack a Kyurem up with Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam and Stone Edge and you're pretty much laughing your way through the Pokemon League.

For anybody struggling to beat Adler's Volcarona and/or Bouffalant (Lets be honest, who hasn't?) Try this:

With Volcarona, Alder seems constantly fixated on Quiver Dancing 3/4 times then unleashing Hyper Beam/Giga Impact. If you can catch him during his Powering-up phase as it were, you can usually dispatch him before he causes too much trouble. Try a powerful Rock move like Stone Edge to take him out without much hassle.

As for Boufallant, I find that using Virizion's Sacred Sword to weaken him then bringing out Kyurem for a Focus Blast works wonders. Just watch his Earthquake and don't use any Grass-moves with Virizion. A few Sap Sipper boosts to Boufallant's attack and you may as well give up trying to defeat him.

Around 15 times at least. I would own up on them more to the point of maybe 50 or so but I do have a life and it does get boring to beat them even 30 times.

I don't spam battling the Elite Four because pokemon I EV train usually are left at Level 50, I think I beat them 5 times.

Way too much. At a certain point the Elite 4 becomes less of a challenge and more of a training ground for weaker pokemon. I take the pokemon I want to evolve, stick an experience share on them, then commence the kicking of butts in the E4. Its one of the easier ways to train. That and the sportsdomes in...Castelia City, I think.

Come to think off it... I don't think I actually ever beat them when they get their buffed up pokémon. I never went back there I usually train on either the trainers in the stadiums, or I just go to the giant chasm cause I can leave when I want then.
