Ho-oh or Lugia?

I prefer Ho-oh over Lugia, as it is so graceful and beautiful. Its Sacred Fire is the most beautiful Pokemon Move ever and it also has a high 50% Chance of a Burn!

Lugia for its design and nothing more. Ho-oh is alright, but I couldn't care less about it.

my favorite legendery whas always lugia so thats my awnser i dont really care about he's status or moves since i cant use him on random matchups

Ho-oh, maybe it's because it was the mascot legandary of the first pokemon game i ever got, or maybe just because he's a really pretty rainbow bird. Lugia's cute. I like them both, but ho-oh just a little bit better ^__^

Lugia all the way. Since the first day until now I prefer it to Ho-oh mainly because of its design and because of the M2 where it stared.
