Yamask's B/W pokedex entry, is creepy... I agree with the guy/gal who brought up hypnos entry too. I also find jynx disturbing, she was seen as a 'racial stereotype'.... fishy..

Cassidy's Drowzee - While the Team Plasma were trying to rob a pensioner of his sweet precious honey, that thing was making like the demon headmaster (old series, way before your time) and causing chaos all over the place and still had enough power to blow itself up (Although to be fair that may have been Togepi).

ghost ones have really scary entries in the pokedex. But the two things i can´t stop to think are the music of old chateau (thurnback cave, etc), it makes me cold; and Giratina: if you see it´s entry in diamond, it says that Giratina was banished from our world because of the things it doned and it´s cruelty. What Giratina has done for be BANISHED from our world? Can you figure it out?

It's not a surprise that most of the disburing descritpions belongs to ghost or dark Pokemons.
Besides Cubone's mother, which is really disturbing, I would go also for Gengar.
This ghost Pokemon is said to hide itself under any kind of shadow. It also absorbs the heat of surrounding area, so if you suddenly feel temperature lowering, it may be a Gengar stealing your heat.
