And the kicker is I traded for the colress, victory piece, moltres and virbank and then I pull them 2-3 weeks later, why god why are you like this to me, all the time.

2 ultra rares in 3 packs? I bought 12 packs today and didn't even pull a holo, but 2 reverse lasers and 1 regular so meh.

I bought 2 darkrai tins. 1 mewtwo tin. 5 plasma storm packs. 3 dark explorers packs.

I didn't pull a single EX besides the promos. And I really didn't get anything worth more than $5 individually.

A few trainer cards and items that are worthwhile. A few cards that look sweet as holos. But yeah...

$94 dollars down the drain. My plans of having these tins and packs make me a deck or guide me in a solid direction definitely backfired.

I totally disagree, those worthwhile trainers are much better then having a new EX sometimes, because lets face it you're new, you need that build up of good to decent T/S/S so that when you get the EX's or whatever you're deck is, or you're just building you're deck you have that nice use of good cards that will go a long way. Personally I think that N and colress is just as good as keldeo (it's a great tin to buy if you don't or do have keldeo). But please don't get discouraged there is a glorious light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for the support. I did find a league roughly 15miles from me and contacted the guy who runs it, so hopefully when I stop by this weekend for the first time, I can get rid of some of these unneeded cards for stuff I do need.

Buying packs is kind of addicting.. I need to control myself.

But at least I'm somewhat to the point where I can start trading for what I need, rather than buying and hope I pull what I need/trade fodder.

So I went back to the store I bought 3 packs from and I decided to buy the rest of 9 packs left (I had a bad feeling and I knew I shouldn't have bought them before hand but whatever it's 9 packs how bad can it be)

9 packs, best 2 cards were crobat and a reverse holo colress machine (terribly bad, I should listen to myself more often).


RNG_Reporter@ Good luck this weekend, I hope it works out, as a side note, go on ebay and check the prices of the cards you want and the ones you have for trade so you know you're not going to be ripped off, there are lots of vultures out there.

My last pull was kind of a long time ago, but i ended up pulling the top half of the Palkia/Dialga card. I'm taking my Little bro out tonight to a card tourney so we'll see if I pull anything else haha.

My second and last box of shiny collection cards (came just in time for states, thank you life).

Edit: to give an idea of what I got from the shiny collection box aside from the EX's you get every one of the cards in the set at a minimum of 2 per cards minus the uber rare full arts (even including meloetta EX), so now I have 4-5 of every card from the set (and 6 meloetta EX).

Yeah it looks better but game play wise people are still playing it despite keldeo/blastoise.

Then since I now need specific cards. And I'm done buying bulk packs just to get trash. I went on eBay.

Grabbed myself 4 rare candy and another deluge Blastoise which makes 3.

Working on a few more ultra balls and pokemon catchers.

Bought 5 Boundaries Crossed Packs. I got a Scizor, a Vileplume, and a Computer Search. Computer Search practically paid for the entire packs.

Happened the 8 Boundaries Crossed I bought before that too; wound up getting a Full Art Bianca.
