You need to ask a moderator that holds, the League forum part, tell them
that you need to get the post, that represent your gym.

But only people who have got a gym, can do so.
if you are not accepted as a gym leader, don't ask any moderator.

You can't get to White Forest til post-E4. Either you didn't:
A) Beat Elesa
B) Beat Charles (you have to talk to him after you beat Elesa and then beat him in a triple battle)

Okay, go to her gym from BW and ride the coaster to the end. A lady will tell you that Elesa is at her new gym. Her new gym is in the same area but as far right as you can go. Hope I helped...oh, I beat Clay and the PWT...and my Trapinch, Gaia, evolved into Vibrava.
