    THERE'S A FAIRY TYPE?

    You gotta be kidding me.

I haven't tested Wonkymons yet, I don't know when I'll get round to it. I need to start thinking about a team.

War team? I think we'll leave it while we have our Wonkymon tourney and them sort our who's doing what afterwards.

There isn't a confirmed Fairy type but it seems that of all the speculated types (i.e. Cosmic, Magic, Light, Sound) Fairy is the most logical.

Wow, I'm getting a good Wonky team ready and a good Wonky SUN team ready. All of the weather mechanics have been improved greatly in this tier.

For example, Gliscor's better Wonky ability is Drought, making its Water weakness lowered.
    Running a set like
    Gliscor @Heat Rock
    Impish w/ 248HP/24Def/236Spe
    Stealth Rock
    Agility
    Baton Pass
    Earthquake
would be a great start for a Drought team
I can see Chlorophyll Gallade or even Levitate Slaking to take care of everyone!
So basically I've just spoiled 3/6 of my team. Try guessing who's next trololol!

But seriously Fairy type. That is just wut. But if they have to introduce a new type, it could at least be good, like cosmic type.

    Where do you find wonkymons?
I think we should get the war team done before a wonkymons tournament.

Fairy is just like Ghost and Dragon type. It's a type based on a being, and concepts like certain Psychic moves, as well as Cosmic and Light-typed moves that have been made up, can all be incorporated into Fairy type. It hasn't been confirmed, but the consumer I am makes me think that the Fairy type may be incorporated.

Find them in the link back two pages or so, but also bookmark the link, because I tried to look for the thread without it and I ended up using Google to find it.

I agree for our guild's current goals the sequence should be
    •Finish the Normal Tourney.
    •Get the war team done
•Figure out how to work with Wonkymon before we start the tournament haphazardly and realize there were better Wonkies than we originally thought.

My list of Wonkymon was just the ones I thought were unique and could aid in offensive battle. I haven't even looked at the defensive side of Wonky, unless the creator was intending to make it an all-attack concept.

You don't need Heat rock :/ drought lasts indefinitely.

Fairy type isn't too bad. I mean, it actually makes sense :/

    Derp!
    Yep, just give it Leftovers.

    @Zardian:
But…but… you've been here for only a few days.
But if you say so, I mean, we use online simulators only because it's easier for us and takes less work. Sorry, that we sound lazy, but it makes things go quicker.

In his defense, I'd be pretty bummed out if I went into a clan that used online programs for battles when I could be limited to my DS. I mean, some of us still have parents that give us restrictions for being online, despite the fact some of us are about ready to leave home and support ourselves.

Which reminds me, my birthday was 2 days ago on the 23rd. Can't believe I was too occupied with waiting for Yveltal's return to remember to mention it.

I levelled up to Level 17 and I learned a new move: Procrastinate! It makes the user stay on the internet, forget about his/her responsibilities, and listen to awesome music. It lowers speed the more it is used, however.

True, I hadn't thought of that. I hate overprotective parents...

Happy late birthday! I turn 17 in september and I'm excited. Get anything cool?

    So do I.
    And about my gifts…
Not really, I still haven't started my drivers ed class since I'm so wrapped up in high school activities. My grandparents called to wish me a happy birthday and did their usual asking of me getting a job yet. The best thing I've gotten was new Aldo gear and a trip to an awesome Korean restaurant down in NY (I need to go on an all-Kimchi diet). Also a member of one of my favorite bands was returned from the hospital after being in a car crash on my b-day, so that was good news.

As for our war team: who's in it?

I've never tried Kimchi. It sounds delicious.

On topic, I think I might like to be on the war team this time. I wanna surprise people with my... team.

Sounds mysteriously yet mischievously well-planned! <insert evil cackle from Ganondorf here>

I'm getting onto PS soon, but not to battle anyone here. I'm going to make all my desired and planned teams (Grass, Poison, Ghost, Drought, Fighting teams yayz) and I'll test them out and most likely post each random battle/test.
Gonna listen to some Tiesto to get my battle heart rate up!

    All-Kimchi Diet sounds awful.

I'm in the war team.... probably.

Well I love an all spicy food diet since spice and acidic foods increase metabolism.

Also, why are you sitting the wrong way on Gliscor?

Poison definitely is difficult to work with. Lost to a Mono-Water team in PS
Let me try my Sun team.

Poison sounds awful. What are you using? Tentacruel, Toxicroak, Skuntank maybe? Venomoth?

I sympathize completely in the "Fairy Type" department. It's not like the pokemon community is hurting for girl players.
Also, What is this war team business I'm hearing about?

In other news, I just discovered Pokemon Showdown. I cannot express how awesome this site is. Alomomola and Muk are awesome! http://pokemonshowdown.com/replay/randombattle-20167601

Fire Red Update: 2 Badges down with the Thunder Badge in my sights. Team: Pikachu, Ivysaur, Pidgeotto, & Mankey.

Venomoth? Skuntank? Those two are pretty defensive with a lackluster bulky or offensive role, but they're still pretty bad in general.

I included a Shadow Tag Gothitelle with my drought team to keep opponents stuck with Psyshock and Heatran. First I have Celebi and Ninetales, then Heatran and Gothitelle come out and trap the next opponents.

    Hippowdon
    Thundurus-T

    Reuculis
    Terrakion

Yeah, I know... Venomoth was supposed to be a Quiver Dance passer and Skuntank would be an annoying taunter.
