Also when I'm attack EVing I go to Route 4 - Darumaka, Sandile and Scraggy are all attack.

For attack there's also the first floor of Victory Road with Golurk and Banette.

For Speed, any pond of water with Basculin is fine.

For Defense, there isn't any place with only Defense EVs but Chargestone Cave has Ferroseed, Klink and Boldore with Defense. Watch out for Joltik and Tynamo.

For Special Defense surf in Route 4 for example to get Frillish (there are a lot of other places and some happen to have higher levels and some Jellicents, check the main site for locations).

For HP, use the surfing ponds in Icirrus City. 100% Stunfisk for 2 HP EVs each. Outside you can also get Palpitoad that also gives 2 HP.

Dangit, forgot to add this to the ruling i think: The only Pokemon banned from the Fighting-Type Tournament are the Four Swords: Cobalion, Virizion, Terakkion, and Keldeo.

Is anyone else planning on entering the 2013 Winter Friendly wifi tournament? I am thinking of taking a few days off after I finish my current trade list and training a team to compete, maybe have a halfway decent team to do some wifi battles for once.

I will enter. It's dedicated to Rotation Battles and they allow Ubers, so I'm quickly training a team to see how it goes. Never got the chance to use legendaries before :P
