i plan on starting a league here. so as soon as Poke'Havoc gets enough members gyms and elite spots will be determined by either a tournament or by regular testing

Ranks:
these show what rank you are in the clan and how strong you are or how strong you've become

Elite Ranking-500 or through tournament

if you bare this title then that means you are among the best in the league with skill only to be rivaled by very few trainers

Gym Leader Ranking-awarded through gym

tournament 320 points

this shows that you are very strong and that you are an honorary gym leader in the league.

Skilled Ranking-220 points

you have a comprehensive knowledge of the metagame and you are a great battler with decent amount of experience under your belt

Contender Ranking-150 points

this ranking means that you have grown as a battler, and your skills as a battler are getting better

Regular Ranking-75 points

you are a casual battler and you have room to improve. but you can put on a decent match

Beginner Ranking-starting Rank

this ranking means you are new or havent quite gotten the hang of battling yet. but with enough practice you have the potential to become so much greater

Clan Jobs

EV trainer- you ev train for others and are rewarded points in the clan. amount varies on how many you EV train

Iv Breeder-you breed for the perfect or near perfect IV's of pokemon for the clan and are rewarded points in the clan. amount varies on how many you IV breed

Dream world breeder- someone who goes to dream world and gets DW ability pokemon and exchanges them with members and are rewarded points in the clan. amount varies on how many you Trade to people

Item supplier- you help supply items to the clan and are rewarded points in the clan. amount varies on how many items you give (2 points each item)

Tutor- you have great knowledge of pokemon battling and you wish to pass it on to newer players well you are rewarded points in the clan. you are awarded points in the clan for helping us become stronger as a whole. (points depend on how much you update about the tutoring during each week)

points system

win a battle with clan member- +10 points
lose a battle with clan member- -10 points
create art for clan- 2-5 points
help with clan affairs-3 points
recruiting new members- 5
joining bonus- 15 points
Rmt advice- 2 points
winning in a tournament- 30 points
coming second place in a tournament- 25 points
coming 3rd place in a tournament- 20 points
