Scenes we would like to see

I'd like to see all of Rocket's old Pokemon come back, unbeknownst to Ash, and it becomes a full-length episode of a Team Rocket full battle.

An episode where Bayleef returns to do some training for the unova league and see Meloetta is also in love with Ash, She get so jealous she evolves to battle Meloetta and rescue Ash from Meloetta mind control!!! LOL!! But I really could love to see Bayleef reaction of Meloetta having a crush on Ash!!

Perfect. And I meant that in a good way! We haven't gotten a good TR battle since DP. I somewhat liked the occasional episode that was a battle that lasted the whole episode. If their old Pokemon come back, I would hope they would get that.

Yeah ^^ I would love to see Yamask see Carnivine hug James and Yamask would hug James too! But that wouldn't really be evil Team Rocket so I am not so sure
Oh and also Cilan and Iris using their Pokemon, maybe some more Emolga/Snivy rivalry, and we could learn more about some reserves' personality, per example, maybe Boldore is a peace maker separating Emolga and Snivy from their fights

Each reserve really could use an episode to themselves to focus on their personality only.

While i want to see Torterra get justice for it's crappy record post-evolution that wouldn't make much sense, Paul's Torterra is older, more experienced, knows better moves, and probably hasn't spent the last year sat in a lab.

but ever since I learnt ash would have both fully evolved in sinnoh I wanted his starters to team up. it would be epic. same thing with blaziken and sceptile if may ever returns

Ash Vs May - Charizard + Sceptile VS Blaziken + Venasaur.

That would be awesome.

Something I would love to see, even thought it will probably never happen, is an arc or a spin-off series of a Pokemon Football (Soccer) World Cup. Per example, there's a Snorlax as a goalie, and a Hitmonlee as a striker xD They could even make a Pokemon Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi xD

More focus for Infernape? I'd rather Staraptor and Honchkrow

Mainly just Torterra and Honchkrow for me.
May as well post some more:

A training montage with Stephan's Sawk, Bianca's Emboar and Ash's Scraggy. Scraggy constantly tries to improve itself but it is struggling to beat Sawk and Emboar, and is fearful of going up against Trip's Conkeldurr the next day. Iris's Axew sees and helps the headbutting pokemon in it's training. They train over night and Axew learns a new move like Dual Chop whilst Scraggy's headbutt becomes Head Smash. They are still training in the morning and Ash goes off to face Trip in the world tournament thingy. Scraggy goes head to head with Conkeldurr and seriously gives it his all, but Conkeldurr crushes it's legs with the pilars and uses bulk up over and over until executing a final hammer arm onto Scraggy to knock it out. This inspires more training for Axew and Scraggy, whom both evolve and Scrafty vows to defeat Conkeldurr at the League.

An episode in which Ash and Co are lost in a forest and Ash's Leavanny is trying to protect the other pokemon who are lost with it from a horde of Simisear. It is massively inflicted by the fire damage, and Leavanny in anger activates swarm and scratches it's claws off nearby trees which manages to help it learn Hone Claws. Ash and Co and the separated pokemon arrive to see Leavanny using hone claws over and over then giving a devastating struggle bug to Simisear.

Boldore to grow sad of watching the other pokemon move faster than it and learn Rock Polish which allows it to be incredibly speedy and it becomes a mobile glass cannon.
