Ok so I join and the first pokemon I have to try to find a set for is Delibird. Why couldn't it have been Kricketune?

You hit fast. If you survive the first 2 turns you raise your evaisavenes. Their accuracy is lowered. You hit first every turn. Speed is your friend. No one will suspect you to use this because it is such a strange set.

No. You can tighten your focus, but you can't actually use Focus Punch if you're asleep.

Ok so Delibird sucks in OU. But how would it fare WITH WONDERGUARD!?

Scizor - OHKOs it with Bullet Punch. Laughs at its offenses.
Dragonite - OHKOs with Fire Punch / Blast an survives Ice Shard after rocks.
Rotom W - Pretty much all it does is Volt Switch.
Ferrothorn - Gyro Ball. Leech Seed + Iron Barbs means you can PP stall it out of Roost.
Politoed - Defensive Toxic sets win. Offensive sets kill it with HP Electric though many run HP Grass.
Tyranitar - Good luck finding a Tyranitar without a Rock or Fire move. It also sets up Stealth Rocks / Sandstorm that slows Delibird.
Heatran - Fire Blast OHKOs if Heatran runs no EVs while Delibird has max HP and Occa Berry.
Terrakion - Stone Edge.
Jirachi - Iron Head.
Gliscor - Most Gliscor are walled, barring the ones with Toxic.
Latios - HP Fire.
Gengar - I have no idea if Pain Split hits through Wonderguard.
Starmie - Thunderbolt.
Skarmory - Skarm is walled and Rapid Spun against.
Haxorus - Mold Breaker.
Tentacruel - Beat pretty badly. You spin its Toxic Spikes which Delibird is immune too.
Landorus - Stone Edge.
Gyarados - Stone Edge (though many no longer run that).
Reuniclus - Utterly walled.
Volcarona - lol
Celebi - Runs HP Fire.
Lucario - Probably walled, unless it runs Stone Edge.
Forretress - Gyro Ball.
Ninetales - Fire whatever.
Infernape - oh god why.
Conkledurr - Stone Edge.
Salamence - Fire Blast.
Magnezone - STABs.
Espeon - HP Fire.
Jellicent - Walled, though it can Taunt Delibird and block the Rapid Spin.
Gastrodon - Toxic.
Breloom - walled.
Cloyster - Rock Blast.
Blissey - Toxic.
Hydreigon - Fire Blast.
Vaporeon - Toxic.
Latias - walled pretty badly.
Scrafty - walled.
Metagross - Meteor Mash.
Venusaur - HP Fire, Ice Shard can't even get close to a 2HKO.

OK I'm bored. Maybe Roost / Rapid Spin / Toxic / Ice Shard? Could be remotely annoying if played right

Ability: Any it has. it depends if rest heals with insomnia or vital spirit.
EVs and natures:
EVs 252spd/252 (S)Def/4Hp
natures: Jolly or Impish

You start of with hail to set up a slow damage dealer.Then status them with toxic or if damaged do rest. While you sleep (if you sleep) you can use sleep talk to set up any of your other moves if you did not have time to do it before you needed to heal (which is basically instantally.

Of course. Delibird is the second best flying-type there is, right behind farfetch'd. It's only fitting it have it's chance at POTW, especially during this time of year. To celebrate this pokemon, I prepose this set:

And watch as it sweeps a team of ubers! Or maybe just a little cup team! Which it would still have trouble with, even with a good moveset.

Hit first with fake out to annoy them with a bit of damage and cause a flinch. Then use Focus Punch to do big damage (yeah right) straight away. Then grab priority with ice shard. Then just before you die hit them with Gunk shot. Yeah. Its really going to strike fear into the hearts of those dangerous kricketunes and raticates.

What is power herb for? focus punch doesn't use it... and focus punch work only when your opponent decides to set up which will happen most times as people really underestimate delibird...

Gunk shot + hustle= 56 accuracy... no although it is useful against the mighty sunflora
