The eye on the last one was something that took some time (and the shading for the fur/mane.) I can see where it fades into the shading of the rest of the head. The armadillo (Dilloy) was one where I really had the stops pulled out. That is, I put all that I learned into that little guy. And the totem (Totot) was supposed to look treeish, and the stump look is desired. The ringlet around the head was the biggest trouble, and I still haven't found a nice color yet, though I'm going to try out the yellow.

I do find myself scratching far more than fusing now adays, and I thank you for the compliment. I'd love to see what you can drum out from scratch. Also, I have a site to upload these sprites, but not a way to eliminate the white background without going to iaza. Have you any advice on that?

I still have no idea where to upload sprites for permanent stay without the white background, so iaza is still the go to place. Little deer sprite: Antlers need work, the left front leg needs some work on the lining, and the shading could use some work I believe.

Orange: Move it some pixels to the right so its head will be symetrical.
Purple: Try to smoother the line
Red: To much shaded. Those parts should be receiving light
Blue: Probably the biggest issue, its front-right (his point of view) leg seems to be in our direction while the thing on its foot is in an other direction. I tried something in 1-2 minutes just to show you how I think it should be (just modified his front-right leg).

Yet, all in all, I think it's a good work.

My friend use GIMP to convert PNG to GIF without destroying the quality and having a white backgroung

I don't have time to comment on your sprite, sadly, but here's how I upload mine without a background:

    1. Download and install Gimp (it's free).
    2. Use it to delete the background on a sprite you've made (you can easily find a tutorial for this but basically it comes down to adding an alfa layer to your channel, selecting the magic wand tool and using it to select and delete any background parts).
    3. Resave the sprite (still as .png obviously)
    4. Upload to something like photobucket or imageshack (I use photobucket personally).

Edit: alternatively, you could just use Gimp as your main spriting program from now on, but I prefer the simplicity and functionality of MS Paint for that.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help right now.

Edited the first post with the deer (and changed the pose) plus I decided to dust off MSPaint and slap together a splice. Not my best, I know.

Bloop. Another small update. Just a little something I whipped up. No solid concept (I know it's a Rock type) so yeah.
