Is anyone concerned about the price of the games themselves?
I was on Amazon and they hadnt made a section for the wii u yet but they had a pre-order option already for Pikmin 3 and it was 99 dollars ._. So yeah Im kinda worried
That would be you looking at placeholder information casually strewn about by a retailer and doing a Chicken Little. It does not actually equate to a reason to worry. You don't really think the games are going to retail for $99, do you?
hate hate hate hate hatelove hardware pre-release time.
...Thats what I was thinking but still they are charging some people that so Im slightly worried 0_0
No, they aren't actually charging people that. Amazon doesn't charge you until the product ships. Wii U games can't ship for another however long it's going to be. By the time the games are actually set to release and ship there will be a real MSRP, which will not be $99 and which Amazon will most likely charge lower than, because that's what they do. No one is actually buying a Wii U game from Amazon for $99.
No more of this now.
Hmm is that so? Well thats nice ._.
The most Superior Snivy. Left, good time here though. I loved this place.
Just for the hell of clarity from the other thread...
This was totally not a serious post lol.I think the Nintendo Wii U is going to fail because it's rated G for E like the Nintendo Wii.
As much as I'd love a new Megaman at this point any of the MM series I have been sad by all the "hype" game companies are doing and release ports or minor stuff.
Way to completely miss the point of my statement.
Saw the Wii U at the con I went to the other day. Looked awesome but I sadly didn't line up to play and just went back to Kevin Bolk's booth to bug him. Aside from that, I heard from someone at the con that Nintendo got help from Sony on the HD, thus enabling the system to play Blu-rays. Not believing the guy's rumour but nonetheless, I met Kevin Bolk in person!
Neat. Good to know Nintendo will be getting my money for the Wii U before the Wii U even comes out.
