Well now I'm going to make better weapons starting with a new bow. This is what I want out of it.

Darkness bow
Ranged 4/6 melee 0

Shot range plus 3
Shot homing plus 2
Forward dash charged shot plus 4
Negative stat.

What negative stat should I use? Thinking about melee combo minus 2 but I want to know if there would be a better one to use.

Squirtle, bows have actually a decent melee, so I advise to use Melee Dash Attack -2 instead, because you are never going to actually attack someone and you will have still enough power to fight back in a melee clash.

In-peril attack boost -4 is a modifier that allows you to get those good mods on easily, Speed -4 can be used too if you plan in sniping...

But unless you're building a melee bow you should not actually attack the opponent in melee.

I know I know, I just dont have one yet but I still want to play around with it. I was positively surprised about the Dark Pit Staff and that game I almost got you, just one successful shot short ^^ Also dat Phoenix Arm >_<

And darn it, a Speed -4 fodder in the shop that I can't buy >_< So, I guess I'm gonna farm some hearts now, since I have no Speed -4 mod.

Then fuse new ones! For starters, avoid weapons with stars in both range & melee.

If you're jealous of my weapons, I can only say that I am jealous of others' skills

My only good weapons are my Eyetracks and I can't use them very well....

Just spam DCS & Slip Shot.

Then add Energy Charge if yours don't OHKO, mine don't need that, but I still have it in the set in case of defensive weapons.


And I definitely don't like Angel Bow - not playing with it and even worse, against it.

I made my SCS Hewdraw Club, but I didnt use my Health +6 DCS +4 Hewdraw Club to make it. It wasnt that hard to make since I was able to make a pair of Hedgehog Claws with SCS +4 being the only mod. I also went the opposite way of Speed -4:

With 3.5 stars my max range is like 95 meters iirc, when is not bad at all. 2HKO.

This is sooooo much better than any staff I used to beat the boss battles on hard. Hits WAY more than those from my other setup and makes dodging easier. So it takes only a few hits and a boss is defeated. Now my only concern is to actually NOT get hit by bosses too often, there aren't that many potions around <_>

.. and managed to get to Medusa, that is further than I got any other time.

OH EREBOS!
He is a school friend that I recruited into SK. Being one of my best friends, he has access to all of my weapons.
I gave that to him as an ore club. He must have fused it himself.

Woo, managed to upgrade my Laser staff from 3.5 to 4 stars!
