    Bows with Homing are really good. They have more range than most weapons and homing helps a lot.

    Thanks for the advice, although I don't have any shot homing mods on any of my weapons

    Some Bows have natural homing like the Fortune Bow for example.

    If you're not using the power 'Energy charge' you're doing it wrong!

    I've never used a bow myself personally but I'm sure XD Mewtwo will pop on and give you some advice.

    With clubs you have to keep your distance (not too much) and bash people with charged projectiles. The more people are grouped together, the better.     Bow is a ranged weapon, so you have to stay out of the battles at any cost and shoot people from afar. Quick Charge helps getting those strong dash charge shots out faster (which are better than continuous fire, which is again better than standing continuous fire). You can use Homing Boost to help the powerful bows hit their mark, or if you have a bow with awesome homing, then Energy Charge helps to rack up the damage as long as you wont get hit.
    As for modifiers, you want these most: Dash ch shot +4 and Shot Range +3. However, if you're using a bow in solo, I'd swap Shot Range for a defensive modifier.

    So if this doesn't help you, then it's probably not your playstyle, I suppose. I can use bows, but I don't really like them, I like close combat more

    I like Bows as they annoy Tyr I prefer ranged battles and hitting people from far away and Bows are good for that.

    You're welcome! Pittoo always uses some sort of bow in that battle, so no wonder he tries to keep the distance

    Try to find a bow with as little modifiers and stars as possible to try it out first in the practice range. You can already filter out some weapons this way.

    You should keep a distance and pick off foes with lower health. You can almost call it kill stealing but you're not really expecting to take a foe from full health to low health anyway.

    Hard to believe it's a OHKO bow with only 3.5 stars O_o. The dash ch shot bonus adds power to it, but I wonder how much damage does it do per charged shot?

    it still 2 hit kills without, and since backdash ch. shot now makes complete circles around the target, I can trap someone there for a 2 hit kill without e. charge lol

    `I still prefer my eyetracks though. They may do less damage but they hit multiple times.

    Im saving value this way. E. charge lets this 1 hit kill, so theres really no difference except the excess damage that is used on angels.

    Except if you're making a bow for solo, there you need all the stars you can get in ranged

    now I want a good ancient staff with a shot cancellation trait. I got one as the angel and got 7 kills on it, and on an open stage nonetheless.

    Ancient staves are amazing if you have good stars and traits
