I've seen a Tempest in the same room as me a few times in random online, but I think this may be a different one, I've seen a Tempest that doen'st do anything like Leo said, unless they use random weapons. I had the name in a room earlier, but they weren't reeking any havoc, or doing anything attention grabbing to me, so I think there is more than one person that uses the name online, or they weren't using their best weapons.
