Nathan respect Takahashi Meijin. He is Champion. He can push a button continuously no less than 16 times in 1 second. It's sooooooooooooo great!!

I can't help but roll my eyes at people crying about the stand. It's free. If you don't want to use it, don't. You paid nothing for it. So it's not even a thing. Be forced to pay an extra $20 for an add-on so you can actually be able play the game and then we'll talk. Until then, please, be quiet.

This is why I never want Zelda to have voice acting... Pit's voice isn't so bad, but everything else is god-awful.
I like the stand. The thing about holding the 3DS is that the 3D goes funny as your hands shake. The stand keeps the screen steady, though it takes away from the whole "portable" aspect.
Let's Survive.
How is the Voice acting awful? There are a bunch of A list VA's voicing it, I mean seriously Johnny Young Bosch is voicing Pit

JYB is kind of everywhere, though. And he doesn't seem to have a lot of voice range. Tara Strong, while she's also everywhere, has much more voice range.

I really like the sound of the adjustable difficulty level.
It's something I think way more Nintendo games need to have.

A good handful of them do but majority which doesn't need them are difficult enough (points to Super Mario Galaxy 2's "The Perfect Run") or have excellent replayability value (Pokémon, Donkey Kong Country Returns).
I find Kid Icarus Uprising takes a nod from the Tales series having the combination of a difficulty gauge for future play-throughs and having loads of collectibles that can't be collected completely in one play-through. To boot, there's the online multiplayer.
This game isn't being released for another 2 months. Hopefully Project Sora will have time to think of a couple better solutions for the games controls.
^ Dont they really only need to fix the camera issue with the stylus?

I have never played any of the Kid Icarus games but looking at it, It doesn't look bad. I might consider getting it. Multiplayer looks good too.

Original is insanely difficult but it's my favorite 8-bit game. Typical jump shoot platformer controls, some levels you climb up, some levels you scroll to the right, Zelda-like dungeon levels, space-shooter-esque final level at the end. There is a 3D version for the 3DS coming out soon which costs a tad more than the Virtual Console port on the Wii. The 3DS version is said to have an easy version so best to go with that. Long story short, buy the 3D version, you'll love it.
I don't get it, why so much complaining about the controls?
I'm still rather confused why everyone is not really liking the game. Is it the controls?
