Missingno. Master: The relationship between yourself and Myrtle is seeing some groundbreaking results. Not only is she calling you by your actual name, but she’s not mocking you whenever you make a vaguely – or fully – intelligent suggestion! Helena smiles at this, but says nothing, lest this falls apart. Your lives are all at risk. After all, you might be in a whole new dimension, but this.... This might make the struggles more than worth it.
You head for the coastline, using the rumours of Missingno. to your advantage. You’re constantly mystified by your surroundings, climbing over small boulders that are in the middle of nowhere, or the fact that parts of the ground have letters and numbers engraved into them. The colours aren’t even natural, with foliage and buildings painted hues of red, blue, yellow, grey, black and gold.
You were taking notice of how a building you passed had no windows and a roof made of two completely different materials when a vicious bark caught your attention. A wild Houndour had appeared, barking fiercely and snapping its sharp, shiny teeth at you. Its back was arched and it was ready for confrontation.
“A Houndour...?” You get out your Pokedex to log its appearance, but Myrtle’s suspicious.
“It might not be real.” She tells you. However, the threat itself was very real indeed – Glitch City, in its own way, was not real, but they were still trapped in it, and affected by it. Not only that, but if Missingno. was testing you... Could this not be part of it?
What do you do?
