He didn’t say anything about people with flowers, though, so you must be nice.
Lucas practically beamed a huge smile in their direction. He couldn't help himself. It somehow felt good to hear such a compliment coming from a ghost.
C'mon mister, I think I know where the little Pokémon was. One of the little girls grabbed his hand and started dragging him past tents making turns after every so-many tents. Lucas was trying to keep up with them, not because they were fast, but because of their certainty in where they were going and their lack of hesitance when turning a corner. To Lucas, every corner came as a surprise and he had to quickly shuffle his feet to turn. He had almost no time to look at the many tents that he passed and each seemed to look just like the same blur as the previous one. He was going to have a tough time finding his way back. His hand was starting to get cold as well. The girl's hand seemed to have some sort of icy grip.
It was odd though, to him. The girls seemed to be moving towards a specific place rather than looking around. It was almost as if they already knew where he was hiding.
Finally, the three of them stopped and the little spectre that held his hand, now released him. Lucas moaned a bit in pain as he held his now freezing-cold hand in his other to warm it up. Her hand was almost literally as cold as ice and it certainly felt that way to him.
At first, he couldn't see any pokémon around that even seemed to resemble a Ralts. So when he turned around the corner of the tent, he was overjoyed when he finally find a little white pokémon with what appears to be a green and red helmet.
See? Now you’ll play with us, right? She looks in his direction questioningly while the other seemed to be merely looking at the pokémon.
His joy was cut short though, when he noticed Rags' lack of enthusiasm. The Ralts was looking around as if sensing his presence, but otherwise blind to notice Lucas standing right in front of him. The little girls' expressions weren't all that comforting either; one was standing still waiting for his answer, pretending everything was normal while the other one started giggling when looking at Rags.
He was starting to lose his trust in the two. They obviously knew something and he didn't feel like answering their question until he got a reply from Rags.
It was clear to Lucas that something was wrong. Whatever it was, Lucas didn't bother thinking about such things and merely wanted to try and make contact with his starter.
"Rags! Over here!" he shouted. He went towards him to try and shake him while continuously asking Rags if everything was all right and that he wasn't hurt.
